Pertain heights is in the middle of nowhere access from Newquay direction is quite poor. There was no plug for the bath. Also a crack appeared on the lounge window after a stormy night. There is No facilities onsite and staff never seem to be in the office either always seem to be else where

We stayed at Perran Heights for 2 nights in a Diamond Lodge. It was so clean and comfortable and had everything you needed inside the lodge. The lodge had been cleverly designed so even though it doesn’t look big from the outside, it feels really spacious inside and has lots of storage space. The hot tub was a perfect bit of luxury! Communication with the host was excellent too. We would definitely recommend!

Only 1 Toilet roll provided in a 6 birth lodge with 2 toiletst. This should be made clear on the itinerary as then customers would know to bring some. Lovely location. Very quiet site. Lodge was well maintained and clean. Hot tub access could be better.

It was everything we wanted for our weekend away and we loved staying here. We'll definitely be back! Our pups absolutely loved the underfloor heating and had so much fun in the garden. In fact Luna came home with a strained tail and according to the vet it was because she was wagging it so much over the weekend!! Very happy pups and hoomans!

Such a lovely place to stay in a really beautiful, private location. The owners were really friendly and helpful, nearby if needed but without breaking that sense of privacy. The lovely cottage is situated on a working farm, but is very private. The owners, Robert and Sharon, are delightful. The cottage is very spacious with good equipment in the kitchen and the bathroom. Lovely friendly owners. Couldnt do enough when the power went down due to the storm. Very well equipped and clean. Very warm cottage. Our dog enjoyed the enclosed outside space and us the hot tub!
