Castle Brake Holiday Park

Very comfortable mobile home. We had the benefit of comfy lounge furniture, a full size fridge freezer, oven and dish washer. There was even a comfortable king size bed. It was immaculately clean and excellent value for money.

Excellent well equipped caravan. Couldn’t fault the cleanliness. Quiet peaceful site. Lots of places to visit fairly nearby

Caravan was comfortable.and had all the things we needed .Woodbury Castle was not far and woodbury common was great for our little dog.Also visited Topsham ,Exeter,Exmouth and a specific show at Crealy theme park.

Restaurant was nice bit pricey and felt a bit like staff were harassed and we were intruding , would have loved a breakfast facility , cooked or continental, and a lighter menu for lunches or evening meal but plenty on offer not too far away, but actual accommodation great ????

Very good accommodation will recommend my brother going later in the year ????

Brilliant weekend break can’t wait to stay again!

Large and comfortable caravan with some nice touches not seen in every caravan, including cooker hood and smoke alarm set well away from cooking. Beds at right height so no need to add a air bed on top and were very comfortable. Slept well on every night.
Not so keen on separate settees as they were both too short to lie on, whereas seating attached to sides and ends of caravans usually are.
Double glazed and central heated so no need for fire on cold days. Easy to maintain correct comfort temperature.
Let down initially as main W.C. was in a disgusting state and had not been cleaned. One bedroom also stank.

Although we went late in the year, we had an enjoyable time, and was able to take our puppy.

It was all very pleasant, convenient to how we wished to spend our week.

Caravan was lovely. We even had an en-suite in the main bedroom. Everything you could need was supplied, even bedding and towels.

Great time had by all. Will definitely be going back. Staff very friendly and helpful.

We would book nearer a beach next time and make sure food and drink available all day .

Lovely countryside setting and only about 20 minutes from all the pleasures of different locations.

Best caravan we have been in ever.

We booked this as a last minute break over Easter. We arrived much later than expected, and past the time we had arranged with the site. Despite this, a lady on her night off came to assist me while the duty manager was helping someone else. Not only did she help me with my booking, she reopened the shop so that I could buy all the essentials I hadn’t managed to buy prior to arrival.
The caravan was lovely and immaculately clean throughout, with very good sized living space and a very well equipped kitchen. A great site with a good bar and very nice, well priced ‘pub grub’ style food

Lovely roomy caravan, would definitely like to stay here again. Lovely and clean and modern.

Only thing is if there were six people staying (not applicable to Mum and I)not enough dishes etc. for cooking if needed.

Apart from that it's great

Extremely clean which is great as I have OCD. Great little starter pack and had everything I needed. Great little place.

Crane 2 is one of the basic caravans and showing its age a bit. having said that though it was one of the best for room that I have been in. The main bedroom had an onsuit toilet - the first i have seen in a caravan of this type - and the rooms were quite large. The lounge had plenty of room around tha table for 6 people with only one having to use a stool. The TV was about a 22" but large enough and it had a DVD player and USB port for your own films and other entertainment.

Very enjoyable experience, the welcome was amazing and very helpful with knowledge of best places to eat etc. It was so good we have already booked for next year.

Clean quiet site with helpful friendly staff. Good location , peaceful. Lodges are nice, modern and great bedding. Our issue was WI-FI which didn’t work for us and a couple of niggles in the lodge such as blunt utensils and tv not working properly. Would return.

Great spacious caravan, nice private pitch. Very nice and helpful staff. Very peaceful and relaxing holiday but close enough to all the resorts Highly recommended.

We stayed in a mobile home with excellent facilities for the disabled and we were very happy and comfortable. Castle Break has helpful and charming staff in Reception. The site was quiet, the weather was hot and the sunsets amazing. You We would be really happy to return.

a lovely holiday park, close to lots of seaside towns to visit. We do not need lots of facilities on park so definitely will visit again
