Our holiday was brilliant. We spent very little time at the facility and spent our days travelling around Cornwall. We visited St Ives for the first time and it’s as lovely as people say! And I definitely recommend polly joke beach in Newquay for a seal hot spot!

Lidden Lodge NO 30 was nicely positioned overlooking lake, had nice big decking area which could have done with another seat. The interior of Lodge was quite compact but adequate, very clean and well equipped. The only complaint would be the shower which made a terrible screeching noise when used (probably so you didn't stay in too long!) ,and the hairdryer also didn't sound too good, bit scared to use it. We still had lovely break and would certainly recommend a stay there.

Wonderful cabin with an amazing hot tub! Would recommend for the future. Two small things to improve on which were specified on the last review. Would only say that the bed and the pillows were a bit too soft for our liking but that's personal preference. Everything else was amazing and very clean and accommodating! Thank you!

Comfortable accommodation high amongst the trees !! Stunning location, particularly I imagine in the summer. Just one issue, access to the site is down a single track road approx a quarter mile in length, impossible to pass, I can only assume a nightmare in summer when the site is busy.

Very nice but did see a few cobwebs around in the property. We had a hot tub that only had one setting and no lights,so that was a little disappointing. No lighting on the steps leading out of the property.

Accommodation was first class. Clean tidy and all the utensils we needed to cook.

Date of stay: 9th September 2024
The en-suite had a fusty smell no chopping board not enough pots the sofa is no better then the basic upright ones from a caravan not what you expect the place sleeps four but you can only fit two on the sofa if sat up right and one chair no way to lay and chill

Absolutely brilliant place to stay super chilled handy for the beach an nice an quiet with like minded other friendly families already looking to book again for next year
Julia
I booked the days but wanted to reduce to two. Was told three was minimum and if wanted to cancel would only get 10% back. That was only one day after booking. Outrageous!!
Louise
Beautiful location and just perfect so our Labrador. Really close to local town and the the most beautiful beaches and views.
Karen
Great value for money, fabulous location, would definitely recommend
Array
Lovely lodge with hot tub, well situated for lots of different visits. Very clean and comfortable within a good distance for loads of attractions. Initially the road to arrive is a bit of a scary drive as it is very narrow. You soon get used to it and all drivers are very considerate as these narrow roads often lead you to the most interesting places.
Paul
We have been coming to this sight for many years and have seen it developed .The position of this sight in Cornwall is one of the best ,positioned down a small lane not far from all the lovely beaches and Perranporth itself. The lodges are tucked away with lots of trees surrounding them and very peaceful. The lodge interior was comfortable and clean and all you need while you are on holiday. We stopped for two weeks and we asked if we could have fresh towels for the second week which they provided also changing our bed sheets at the same time.
