Date of stay: 18th April 2023
We stayed in Cottage #1 in April 23. The cottage is immaculate, well maintained and comfortable. The location is quiet and the swimming pool was lovely and warm. Very close to the Eden Project and not too far to Heligan (great Sunday lunch). Some fab restaurants are nearby. Will definitely consider staying at Green Acres next time we are visiting Cornwall.

Date of stay: 19th November 2017
We went to green acres as a last minute break because it was close to a couple of places that we wanted to go to and we were very impressed with the overal site that the cottages are on. The swimming pool was very clean and the children's play area was nice. We were also impressed with how clean the cottage was when we got there. If the washing facilities were cheaper or free we would have used them so we didn't have to take dirty clothes home to make it easier when we got there.

Date of stay: 14th May 2016
A lovely cottage in a great area with a great swimming pool... The only downside would be although kitchen and bathrooms were very clean, the windows needed a good clean and the headboards were dusty (only little things). And maybe leave a dishcloth and washing up liquid with the teatowels etc. They were lovely peaceful cottages, with very modern kitchen and bathroom I would recommend these cottages.

Date of stay: 18th April 2015
Beautiful cottage and surroundings. Fabulous swimming pool, though would have preferred to have immediate and direct contact with staff when we required to speak to someone. Thoroughly enjoyed our Spring break.

Date of stay: 21st February 2015
Great accommodation and facility.

Date of stay: 2nd February 2015
This was the 2nd time staying at greenacre cottages. The accommodation was excellent very comfortable we had a relaxing holiday with a 5 and 2 year old. The only gripe was the temperature of the indoor pool. The first time we stayed it was cold and we were told that the boiler had broken down fare enough. But this last time it was cold as well. With young children keen to use the pool it was the only let down. Looking at the comments book in reception it was the coma theme.

Date of stay: 22nd October 2014
Stayed here about 6 years ago we liked it so much that when we where looking for somewhere to stay in October 2014 we did not hesitate to book again. Over all the accommodation is excellent, fixtures and fitting's are to a high standard and it was very clean. Free Wi-Fi is included as well as everything else you would need to enjoy your holiday, you can even buy logs for a small charge for the woodburner if it gets cold.

Date of stay: 9th August 2014
The bed is not comfortable

Date of stay: 8th August 2014
beautiful and clean. Very comfortable. In lovely setting.
Joanne, Bromsgrove
Date of stay: 30th May 2014
Lovely small complex of cottages in gorgeous surroundings and good position to get out and about. Cottage was extremely clean and comfortable. Kids loved the pool and we had Laburnum 5 which had a hot tub which was very private. Definitely recommended 10/10. If you have small kids ask for one with a garden so they can play out safely. Also the views are amazing.
Lesley, Suttonm Coldfield
Date of stay: 25th April 2014
Couldn't fault the accommodation. Very combatable and clean.
Susan, Leicestershire
Date of stay: 29th March 2014
Nice to stay in somewhere that is as good as your own home. Would recommend.
Alok, Harpenden
Date of stay: 22nd February 2014
Great value cottage absolutely state of the art comfort. Only did not have any washing up liquid or cleaning sponges for the glass which they insisted were to be done by hand.
Nicola
Lovely spacious cottage. We stayed in number 10 "Willow", and for the price we paid for a last minute January break, we were blown away by how large the cottage was. It was immaculate too, and the swimming pool was a lovely added extra.
Carole
The cottage was BEAUTIFUL, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We had a fantastic holiday and we will be re booking to stay at Greenacres very soon. 10 out of 10. FABULOUS.
Julian
The cottage was very good and the location in a area close to many interesting places .
Barbara
Shame some items removed for covid. Extra crockery - utensils and cushions would help
Jackie
Fabulous few days spent here peaceful but central for exploring the cottage is located with a few other properties access to indoor pool perfect for avoiding the crowds !
Tais
Very peaceful place, cleaned and super organised, the city is 10 mnt away where people are mega friendly wooow really impressed. Just recommend to go by car or with like waking, make sure you do some shopping for early coffee and drinking in the evening whilst enjoying the sky ????
