I would have put 5 stars but a little disappointed that radiators were not checked to see if they were all working before we arrived. I did inform them the next day that some were not working and some didn’t have knobs to change the temperature settings. They were very quick in coming and trying to rectify the problem. However we were still left with no heating in the main bedroom and both bathrooms. Apart from that ,it is a lovely place to stay and I will return.

Great accommodation and facilities

We did not get the Osprey Platinum that we paid for, not sure what the accommodation was called, but nothing like the accommodation we thought we were getting, but the view was amazing, front line to the sea view, and a quiet area of the park, so more than happy.

Fab place and helpful staff

The “Lapwing Plus” caravan is modern and new, though it’s certainly not a lodge or mini lodge. It might feel a bit cramped with six people, and the twin beds are quite small, but they should be fine for young children.The caravan was spotlessly clean with a kitchen that had all of the appliances you want for a family holiday. A dishwasher was missing, but space is at premium. The hot tub was large and warm on the first day. It would be beneficial for the park to consider installing a device to assist with removing the cover, as it was somewhat awkward and cumbersome. We stayed for three nights at the end of August and found the price high compared to other lodges we’ve stayed in previously which have felt more 'premium' and at a lower price.

Great accommodation. Really fresh and clean. It had everything you needed. The hot tub was lovely and private. The fire place was a great touch and provided a lovely chilled ambience in the evening.

As per my main review. This was sold as a “mini cabin” but is just a caravan. It was well equipped but just felt tiny everywhere and was not comfortable to sleep in.

A beautiful and comfortable Caravan. Cannot be described as a mini lodge or anything else. Only thing missing was a dishwasher. The Hot Tub was amazing and private and was used many times each day. Overall, excellent accommodation.

Great service as usual. Accommodation and hot tub were spotless. Staff were friendly. The bedrooms were a little bit tight for space with 3 adults and 2 dogs, so will book a different type next time. My feet dangled over the edge and I’m only 5’ 10 but otherwise a lovely holiday. Have stayed here before and will do so again. Cheers guys

Great stay last minute holiday for the bank holiday weekend. Nothing onsite to do but the hot tub made up for that. Really close to the beach so easy to walk with the family and dog. We didn’t visit the sister site as only around for a short break but would consider visiting again. Accommodation was lovely and clean, veranda was perfect for the dog to explore and the hot tub was a hit!

We all had a lovely time. Kids enjoyed the hot tub! Perfect location, walking distance to beach and shops.

Lovely clean and well maintained accommodation with privates hot tub.

The maintenance men were great, so friendly. We couldn't work out how to turn the heating on but they came and helped straight away.

It was ok. Bit small for a 6 birth. However it was very clean and had the basics.

Beautiful place. Staff really polite and friendly. Location was perfect. Bit of a trek to the sister site where we could use the pool but took the car down. Definitely would stay here again. Thank you for making our holiday wonderful :)

Caravan was perfect,hot tub was an absolute bonus and we all loved it. Everything was clean and tidy, couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. Will definitely be coming back

Autumn break, location was good. It was quiet, accommodation was good, except for no lighting by steps.

The lodge is a caravan, very small beds

amazingly clean lodge

Apart from arriving after a long journey to find they didn't have my booking, the holiday was great. The park is very quiet in a beautiful setting. The site is kept clean and tidy at all times. There's no club house just a pool but you can use there sister site which had everything there. A short walk and your by the sea and local shops or ten minute drive and your in the town. Plenty to do or just chill. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Beautiful Lodge and beautiful views

A very quiet site for when I went (13 June to 17) which was just what I needed. Very relaxing and chilled time I would stay here again but not during school holidays.

Lovely location with plenty of things for children to enjoy, with swimming pool on site. Shop local for any essentials.

Caravan very clean ,and quite ,and close to all amenities at Dawlish Warren, we had a superb holiday we said we would go back.
