Disappointed on the Cleanliness, lost two hours in caravan so it could be deep cleaned cos of virus, microwave and cooker knobs not clean, Under bed not clean (found condom rapper).

Would definitely go again, had a lovely, relaxing holiday which was desperately needed. Caravan was clean and spacious and had all of the essentials. I would personally prefer it to have a vacuum cleaner but I can understand why they possibly don't put one in although it would be convenient if you could borrow one.

We felt a few exit signs could help with leaving the caravan . We tried many ways out with the car to find the best .. If walking busses run regular from main gates . Overall really good holiday at the chase .. staff were great .

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the site is in a perfect location. So good we're looking to get our own caravan on the site! The bathroom in the caravan was very snug, but otherwise the caravan was great. There was a shop and launderette on site and entertainment venue just outside the park. Fantasy island is about a 15 minute walk away
