This delightful cottage is perfect for couples looking for an exclusive getaway. The ground floor comprises of an open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge with spectacular views of our small marina and out over the River Yare. Upstairs, a beautiful double bedroom with a very spacious bathroom. A small balcony provides stunning views up the river and out over the Broads. To the rear of the cottage (via external side access) is a large private courtyard complete with sunken hot tub, outside dining area and gas BBQ. For that romantic retreat look no further than Cuckoo Cottage.
These gorgeous cottages will comfortably sleep up to 6 guests. Great for a group of friends or families, with ample space in the open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge, to look out over the boats in our marina or to watch the wildlife right on the doorstep. Also, on the ground floor, a master double bedroom and a shared bathroom. Upstairs, two bedrooms, a double and a twin. The balcony at the top of the stairs offers wonderful views of the surrounding area and a prime spot for watching the sun go down. Through the cottage provides access to the wide private courtyard with large hot tub, patio dining table and gas BBQ.
Our Kingfisher Cottage range work superbly well for families, small groups or mixed couples. Sleeping 5 guests, with a master double on the ground floor, a twin and single rooms upstairs, there is plenty of space to enjoy. An open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge, with shared bathroom make up the rest of the ground floor. To the rear of the cottage is a secluded courtyard for your exclusive use complete with sunken hot tub, deluxe wooden patio furniture and gas BBQ. Like other cottages in our collection, Kingfisher enjoys lovely views out over our small marina, the River Yare and surrounded by nature.

Sleeping 5 guests, with a master double on the ground floor, a twin and single rooms upstairs, there is plenty of space to enjoy. Our premier cottage, with stunning views up and down the River Yare. Woodpecker accommodates up to 5 people with a master king bedroom downstairs, a double and single bedroom upstairs. The open plan kitchen, dining, lounge areas enjoy views on two sides to fully appreciate the tranquillity of the location. A large, stylish shared wet room shower is also on the ground floor. This cottage comes with its own enclosed garden space in addition to a secluded courtyard which overlooks the river…sunbathing or hot tubbing sit back and watch the boats and the swans cruise on by!.
