Needs two bathrooms for a 3 bedroom accommodation

The cottage lovely, we had a one bedroom which was perfect and the bathroom was amazing, really new, nothing like the photo online

Nice accommodation, very comfortable with great facilities and lovely views.

Last minute booking but a great choice. Superb cottage and facilities overlooking peaceful marina with added benefit of lovely private hot tub.

Everything was great at Yare View apart from our smoke detectors going off at 0330hrs Sunday morning, we think it was an electrical fault so nothing to worry about.

The lodge, setting, location were all to a high standard and we had a wonderful weekend away, thank you.

Cottage was really nice, slightly over priced for three nights, but went to celebrate my husband 50th birthday, so treated ourselves, would of been nice If the BBQ was included in the price, (extra charge), Also the coffee machine has a additional cost of 50p per coffee capsule!!,

Just second toilet required

Beautiful place to come and have a relaxing holiday, train station 2 minutes walk from the cottage, so you can explore without having to drive. Can’t wait to return. 😀

The cottage is beautifully decorated and we'd move in in a heartbeat. So comfortable and freshly decorated. The only thing that would have improved it would have been a view from the hot tub rather than a high screen at the back although I appreciate it was done for privacy

Lovely tasteful cottage in a super location

The cottage was sound proofed excellently so you wouldn't know there was anyone else staying anywhere close by. The views were uninterrupted and the whole place was peaceful.
All the equipment available was clean and looked brand new so was great quality. We especially liked the torch/night light.

Wonderful location peaceful and quiet setting. Ideal place to escape the rat race and re connect with nature.

Only criticism paid extra for faster internet but it was terrible. I work as a journalist and need to have access to write stories and having very weak signal this made it impossible for me to work. It would take me 3 hours to write a ten minute article

Brilliant few days away to celebrate the new year. Would highly recommend and will most definitely be returning over the next few years.

Stayed in Nightingale. Lovely views and great private back garden with hot tub. Recommend to take day boats out on River Yare and Bure from Wroxham. Everything in cottage that you need

The Cottage was very comfortable and relaxing, and the area was an ideal place to unwind.

We had an amazing time staying in Nightingale cottage, the staff are so friendly and helpful. The cottage had everything you needed and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

Had a lovely relaxing week in the Kingfisher cottage. Hiring a day boat is a must, we had great day out on the river stopping for lunch on the way. Staff were very helpful.

Had a wonderful stay at Yare View.

Lovely peaceful and quiet. Accommodation is beautiful and very clean and you had everything you need. Perfect with train station on site. Would say the mattress needs replacing and the hot tub needs adjusting as the jets had no power to sooth your joints. But I believe the accommodation is having a refurb soon. Definitely worth a stay and hire the dayboat and pop to Norwich

We had a lovely week Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. A lot to do locally. We will definitely return and recommend it highly.

Absolutely idyllic place. Great location - near by bar and restaurant and local shops, great base for driving to local places and a train station on your door step. Friendly staff and a very warm welcome. Lovely welcome pack and the staff ensured we had everything we needed for our stay. Accommodation was great - clean, everything you need. Netflix was an added bonus. Back area with hot tub was great, not overlooked and larger than expected. Brilliant stay,

Third visit, so that must say something twice in summer, once twixmas late Dec/Jan. Looking forward to another visit in the future

Lovely lodge overlooking a tranquil marina. No traffic passing other than boats so very peaceful.

Had wonderful time, very peaceful, beautiful views from cottage. Was shown around by one of the team, very professional and made us very welcome. Perfect spot to visit the broads by car or boat.
