We loved the peaceful setting and how peaceful the location was - perfect for a relaxing break. The lodge was huge, super clean and had everything we needed, even the little touches like milk and cookies. Can’t wait to come back. Definitely recommend! Easy five stars.

We found the kitchen well-stocked and easy to cook in, which definitely helped us have a smooth week. We did miss a lamp or two in the evenings, but overall, everything was pretty much spot on. Good stay!

We were after a peaceful escape with no fuss, just some proper downtime and honestly, this place delivered! The hosts couldn’t have been more welcoming; they made us feel right at home without being overbearing. The cottage was spotless, cosy and had those little touches that make all the difference. The welcome tray with fresh milk was a lovely touch too. It was our first visit, but definitely not our last. We left feeling relaxed and happy - perfect getaway!

We had such a lovely, relaxing break! Done all the usual parks, pools and pubs with the kids when they were little. Now it’s our turn to unwind again and we’re already booked for next year!

We stayed in a lovely timber cabin surrounded by open fields. The place was spotless and incredibly cosy. The power shower was fantastic-really helped us wash away the aches from a long journey. The only tiny downside is dogs need to be on a lead in the main field, but we totally get why. Honestly, one of the best spots we've ever visited for relaxing!

We had an enjoyable three days in March at Spindlewood Lodge. The weather was perfect for all the walking we wanted to do with the dog. It's a great spot if you love being outside and then relaxing in a cosy evening with good food and drinks.

We had a lovely weekend here for our special occasion. The lodges were spotless, super cosy and kept us warm. The setting is stunning, with great views. The local pub’s just a short walk and it’s only a quick drive to the festival or the Tor if you fancy a bit of exploring. Sandra and Tony were really friendly and helpful throughout. Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is perfect for exploring Wells, Glastonbury and Bath, plus the Retail Outlet Village at Street isn't too far away. The seven lodges sit in a spacious, well-maintained field with stunning views of the countryside and Glastonbury Tor. The owners are super friendly and always available if you need a hand. The lodges are spotless, well-equipped for self-catering and there are some lovely pubs and restaurants nearby. Definitely recommend!

We stayed at this lovely lodge and honestly, it’s a great little escape! The place was super clean and felt really cosy, with everything we needed for a relaxing break. WiFi and TV worked perfectly, which was a relief. The chickens dropping by each day was such a fun touch! A bit missing were some cushions and a hairdryer, but we had brought our own, so no biggie. Thanks for a lovely stay!
Emma, Corby
Perfect escape, exactly what we needed for a break.
Emma, Camberley
The lodge was spotless and spacious, perfect for our family getaway with kids. Brilliant!
Emma Taylor, Gb
We stayed at Spindlewood Lodges recently and really enjoyed our time. The place was spotlessly clean and had all the essentials we needed. The only downsides were the front door and a heater in the living space, which could do with replacing. Still, we'd definitely come back, just maybe to a different lodge. Those chickens are a lovely touch!
Emma Carter, Devon
The lodge was kept spotless and had a cosy feel, with really comfy beds. Some areas felt a bit dull though.
Alex Morgan, Hayeslondon

Lovely place. Unfortunately local towns were a let down. Shops closed and not a lot to do.
