I have been on caravan holidays for 25 years and I have to say this was the cleanest caravan I have ever walked into everything was spotless even the glasses were sparkling. The staff on arrival were very helpful and pleasant. The location and caravan were absolutely brilliant. I would highly recommend to any family wishing to book a caravan holiday

Disappointed with the rating of our caravan this was more like a silver rating than a platinum. We have stayed in a few silver ratings caravans and they have been a lot nicer, more comfortable and much more equipped than this one was. That said it was clean and tidy and most things were provided for.

Holiday spoilt by finding bugs in double bed on 1st night, although the bed and bedding were changed unable to sleep comfortably. Cafe on site only open 2 days then closed rest of week.

I thought silver would be fine but we found it very run down. The settee looked very stained and didn’t smell too good. Bathroom very run down. Whole caravan could do with refurbishment. TV/DVD worked fine. Hot water was good.

Nothing like the pictures. Very basic. Can feel every spring in the mattresses. Beds not made up as advertised, would not in any way describe as ‘platinum’

The caravan was clean and warm, beds not terribly comfortable (especially the sofa) but expected that in a caravan. Great to have a second toilet. The only real problem was that the steps led down into two paving slabs that were set too low into the grass, so because it rained quite heavily several times, it was impossible to get into the caravan without wading through mud.

Caravan was spotless (credit to Chelsea, did a fab job), love the location as so close to Berrow beach, our caravan was really close to the swimming pool and play area on site which was perfect for our son who is 5 and autistic. It was a lovely break, we had a fab time and would stay again
