Excellent caravan (Ivy), spotless, clean, comfortable, cosy, we visited in December but was warm all the time. Sports facilities are excellent at this park.Highly recommended, we will return x

Great holiday home

The lodge is advertised as a 6 people lodge. There is only seating for 5as two of the sofas are only two person. There was only place mats for4 people. There was no chopping board in the lodge. It is good thatyou dont need to bring your own towels and the ones provided are good.Small points like a chopping board and more place mats would improve this.

Did not respond when had serious issue of the last visitor leaving cooked food in the grill pan and the grease broken bed head fire in living space not working even when asked reception to repair this was never done heating control not working had to get up after midnight to turn main boiler off no instructions left for how to operate tv, etc

The toaster needed to be decrumbed and the tray cleaned as every time it was used old crumbs came to light

The Caravan and Park was absolutely fine for a weekend stay.

Good accommodation and very well equipped with separate fridge and freezer, dishwasher, washing machine etcModern digital TVs and wi fi in the unit.Only gripe would be it’s a 6 birth unit but only seating for 5 in living area so not great if 6 adults sharing.Unit is a distance from the main facilities up a steep hill so something to consider but wasn’t an issue for us.

All very excellent, our caravan was spotless, kitchen facilities were superb. Will absolutely be back.

Well-equipped caravan - the cafetiere was a nice touch and appreciated, clean and modern.

Caravan carpet was dirty and coming away from the gripper, cobwebs in the bedroom and the cooker ignition failed at times.

Acceptable level of cleanlinessPlenty living space but the cushions needed cleaned as a few stains and hoovered underneath as lots of debris

Thruston Manor the place was nice fab caravans .need better lighting going back to caravan some areas where dark . The swimming pool was okay but most of the other facilities not working like the jacuzzi steam room sauna and showers .overall had great holiday would book again

Nice caravan. Single beds a little small my granddaughter fell out and bruised her nose on the first night but she was fine.

We had a 3 night break here over Easter. The caravan was very modern and absolutely immaculate. Great facilities on site and nearby for our 4 and 5 year old. Staff very friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Had to return home early due to health issues but everything fine for the short time we were there! The only thing that would have been useful would have been some instructions available to use the washing machine, etc.

Sage 2 Lovely and relaxing caravan, very roomy, clean and perfect for all our needs. Very well equipt. Cleaners do a great job.

the caravan is better than I expected, based on the photos I saw earlier the price should be lower for this period due to the inability to use attractions, e.g. the swimming pool overall it's a beautiful place, I don't see it during the holiday season, they should think about improvements

Forgot to add toilet seat loose, was ok for a weekend, wouldn't spend any longer there, it's a shame silly things let it down as the staff we came In contact with were very friendly

We spent the best time in this lovely lodge, It was well furniture, cozy, everything we needed was there. It was clean we felt like home??.

Not proper cleaned, need a bit more refresh

Had a great break. Only downside was evening entertainment which was so-so.

Had a smashing holiday!

We stayed in Lakeside 59, a 3-bedroom lodge. The lodge was clean, spacious and sufficiently equipped for a holiday stay. A little sparse on cutlery but we could live with that. We had wifi but the connection wasn’t great. The few queries we had were dealt with swiftly by the staff, whom we found to be very friendly and helpful. As we’re the many semi-permanent residents we encountered in The Glen ?. The swimming pool was a big hit with our granddaughter, as we’re the organised activities for children. The shop is well-stocked. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we will definitely consider going back.

Beautiful surroundings. We was down in the Glen in lodges. Beautiful location. Very clean. Not a blade of grass out of place. Wonderful stay. Lovely food in restaurant and a wonderful bar manager. Overall 10/10.

Great little park , close to beaches. Play park and swimming pool great too for kids. Restaurant and bar good value for money too. Shop on site is very handy with everything you need. Very helpful friendly staff.

Excellent weekend away at Thurston Manor. Brilliant facilities, staff, value for money. I recommend this place to everyone

Brilliant caravan park, lovely views and caravan was excellent and spotless, best park we have been to and very clean, pool great, quieter park than others which we've been to and this was a bonus, will be back.
