Great caravan, comfortable, spotless clean. Everything you need to have a break away.

Carpets hadn't been hoovered. Sink needed unblocking Some of kitchen utensils needed replacing

the caravan was very comfortable and spacious i did not like the restaurant very much i found the meals to be expensive fore what you got but we only used the restaurant twice in the week we were there

Great would definitely return.

Good base to explore Kent

If you want quiet and peace this is the park to go to. Definitely would book a lodge again as they are situated away from other caravans.

The bungalow provides everything you need. Any issues are quickly resolved.

Everyone loved it .Spoilt by constant rain but site excellent as staff were very pleasant .

Overall a great experience. Only one issue. There were 7 of us staying in an 8 berth caravan. Only 1 hook in the whole place to hang a coat. As we had a fair amount of rain we could of definitely used more hanging space

We had a great holiday and saw a lot of people we knew on holiday and also on the way back while stuck in traffic until we turned left at the ferry.

Slightly larger shop would be welcome, some security at the entrance otherwise a lovely experience

Loved the holiday and the accommodation with its location, comfort and cleanliness, facilities and staff definitely made it better.

Relaxing holiday as the site was quieter than some and the caravan was one of the best we have been in. Apart from the weather we really enjoyed it.

The accomodation is ideal for a couple or small family.

Very well kept park public areas are clean staff are friendly very relaxing at this time of year

Windsor Bungalow was excellent - newly renovated - two very good sized bedrooms with plenty of hanging space and good quality furnishings. Unfortunately there were no hooks or towel rails in the bathroom. The shower cubicle with glass door was extremely clean and there was a separate toilet. The sitting area was very comfortable, the carpeting clean.

Although this is supposed to be a non-smoking unit - it clearly wasn't and the strong smell of tabacco lingered in spite of frequently using an air freshner whic the housekeeping staff provided.For this reason we cannot give a score of 10

But the location of the bungalow is so quiet, we were never distured with noise at any time - this was very important and deserves a score of 10

2nd time we've stayed in a Windsor bungalow....lots of space and everything you could need provided.
There was a slight smell in the property, which we initially thought was just the cleaning products, so didn't report it for a few days. Cleaning lady couldn't smell it when she came to check but it was still there (in one of the bedrooms) when we left. The lady said if we had reported sooner we could probably have been moved while they deep cleaned the carpets, etc (which she said they would do once we left).

Bungalow is well equipped and a brillliant base for a relaxing self catering holiday . Beds not the most comfortable but fine after a busy day . Lovely clean accommodation and any problems quickly resolved by efficient staff .

The bungalow was great. It was really homely and comfortable. We all slept well as the beds were comfy too.

Will definitely go again

Lovely caravan. Very spacious and just what we needed.

Great stay at a good park.

Well equipped, warm, cosy and comfortable.
Few small maintenance issues such as crack in the side of bath & curtains not hanging correctly. But didn't fault stay.

Overall. Good for relaxation.

Bungalow was decorated very nice and it was clean apart from when we looked under the sofa for something we had lost and saw a sausage roll and an empty packet of tablets.
We really enjoyed the holiday and would visit here again.

Its was mind boggling experience and very refreshing I would highly recommend to anyone who never took a holiday in a long time It was a escape from a daily routine

Disappointed that there were no printed instructions for items in bungalow. Would have liked a living room lamp instead of having the main lights on. Just personal things I would have liked. Didn't use any of the facilities.

The bungalow was very nice. There had been a makeover since our last visit, possibly, 6 years ago. The bed was comfortable. The new check in system was very good - no more waiting for the clock to turn 4.00 before being allowed in which was always a very negative start to the holiday.

Lovely caravan park. Very clean and tidy. Didn’t use any of the services but the shop appeared to stock the essentials.

The site was great. Clean, accessible & staff were lovely. The chalet was lovely, quiet, overall furnishings were of good standard. Lots of places of interest were in a short distance as were the beaches. I would definitely return in the future.
