The beds are really comfortable. The van itself is the preferred layout for us. It is starting to get a little tired in places but it is clean and everything worked.

Bathroom not clean.Accessible facilities in bedroom poor.

Fantastic caravan for a smaller family. Plenty of room for two adults and two children. It was clean and a great layout. Very, very comfortable with all the resources needed for our 7 night stay.There were slight wear and tear but that is to be expected. We had some problems with the bathroom door jamming shut, but it was visible that the door handle had been damaged previously and a makeshift fix had taken place. Otherwise fabulous and would definitely stay again!

Would be better if their was access under beds and furniture to use a mannual hoist.

Caravan was nice but we did notice that there damaged on fridge doors and smoke alarm was hanging off we bit but overall it was nice

Clean caravan with heating and TV. Everything you need. Beds comfy. Double glazing and overall cosy

We had a lovely time, using the park as a base to explore further afield.

Disappointed no decking furniture no placemats or coaster caravan very comfortable but basic but had a really good holiday

Very expensive for what you got.limited to where you can eat as no where else close to site. Horrible little spiders all over caravan inside. Not good if you have a phobia which myself and my son has. Ruined the holiday

Appalling, will never return!

Not a nice place to have a holiday, I have used several Parkdean venues over the last few years and this one was definitely the worst, needs a major overhaul and staff training.

Caravan was fine ,main bedroom a bit small for a double bed

Lovely van, holiday didn’t quite fit our needs.

Double bed legs on one side had been broken but not reported which sent us flying after a few minutes, reported next morning and fixed within the hour. Good service.

A lovely relaxing break with a friend and my dog.

Nice clean comfy caravan, Comfy beds, everything we needed for family of three, close for the show bar and shops and beach.

Not much to do .food menu very poor and food inconsistent most food not available. Caravan was clean but complex was not same items on the floor for 4 days

Everywhere about the holiday park was kept very clean and tidy with friendly staff members doing their jobs

The caravan was not the one I paid for as we booked 2 caravans and got completely different sizes, when arriving we had to scrub the caravans ourselves due to the mess left behind from the cleaners not doing anything except eating her dinner in the caravan.

The Byland caravan was nice could have done with more instructions to use heating microwave etc. Needs a couple of lamps for ambient lighting. Otherwise very happy with my stay

Beautiful location, not much on site but that worked for us! Facilities could do with an update - really wish there was an indoor pool! Caravan was generally clean though there was quite a bit of dust on radiators etc, and rust on the radiator in the bathroom. The caravan was comfortable, and we'll equipped. Fitted sheets wouldn't go amiss as the flat ones always slip off the mattress - we bring one with to swap out!

Brilliant location for a family holiday. All facilities are on site that you need and the pool is great on a warm day. Close for a drive into Bridlington and Scarborough.

Great holiday nice quiet and lots to do in the area

We spent a week at the Park Dean resort and couldn't fault the staff, they were all friendly and very helpful! The children's entertainment was fun and my children enjoyed engaging in the games during the night. The food was brilliant and the prices were good. I would recommend this holiday park to others

A lot of the advertised items were unavailable, the restaurant staff were rude or missing due to being in the back laughing until it came to the last night of the holiday when they were all sat enjoying themselves in the bar and actually put some music on. That aside the site was clean, well maintained and quiet, would definitely go back but not use the bar/restaurant!

I had the best holiday ever the bar staff were fantastic children s entertainers were fantastic caravan was amazing I will definitely be going to barmston beach again

It was a very nice peaceful park and well kept i would recommend a holiday and value for your money this is the place to go
