We loved the comfy beds and the layout suited us perfectly. The van’s showing some signs of wear now, but it was spotless and everything functioned smoothly throughout our stay. Would definitely return!

Could be cleaner and the accessible facilities need improvement.

We had a really good experience with this caravan. It’s perfect for a small family, with plenty of space for two adults and two kids. The layout is smart and it’s kept nice and clean. It’s super comfy and has all the essentials for a week-long stay. There was some minor wear and tear, which is understandable and the bathroom door was a bit tricky-looks like it’s been repaired in a makeshift way. Still, overall, we’d happily come back!

It would be really helpful if there was access under beds and furniture for a manual hoist.

The caravan was lovely overall, but we did spot some damage on the fridge doors and the smoke alarm was hanging off slightly, which was a bit disappointing. Still, it was a nice stay!

Really enjoyed our stay! The caravan was spotless, warm and had everything we could ask for. Beds were comfy and the double glazing kept out the cold nicely. Overall, super cosy vibe. Would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay, even though the caravan was pretty basic. It was super comfy, but lacked some touches like placemats or coasters. No decking furniture was a bit of a letdown. Still, overall, we had a really good holiday!

Great location, just a short walk to the beach, lovely caravan, quiet site.

Honestly, we found it way too pricey for what you actually get. The location is pretty limited for dining options nearby. The worst part? Tiny spiders everywhere inside the caravan - terrible if you’re arachnophobic like us. It totally ruined our holiday!

Definitely not coming back

Honestly, we’ve stayed at a few Parkdean sites, but this one really didn’t impress us at all. It’s in dire need of some repairs and better training for the staff. Not what we hoped for, sadly.

The caravan was decent overall, but the main bedroom felt a bit tight.

Comfortable van, but sadly it didn’t suit our trip.

Date of stay: 14th June 2023
The bed was a bit wobbly at first because some legs on one side were broken, but we didn’t notice straight away. Reported it the next morning and they sorted it out quickly. Good service!

Date of stay: 29th March 2022
The Byl and caravan was lovely, but it would’ve been better with clearer instructions for the heating and microwave. A couple of lamps for softer lighting would’ve made it perfect. Overall, very pleased!

Date of stay: 8th November 2021
We had a lovely stay overall. The location is truly beautiful and while there isn’t much on site, that suited us fine. The facilities could definitely use a refresh, especially missing an indoor pool, which would be a great addition. The caravan was comfy and well-equipped, though it could use a good dusting - radiators were quite grimy and one had rust. Fitted sheets would’ve been helpful since flat ones kept slipping off, so we brought our own. Still, a nice break!

Comfortable stay, decent caravan, would return.
Sarah, Rotherham
Date of stay: 4th November 2021
The caravan was really cosy and spotless and the location couldn't have been better for the beach. We loved it!
Emma, Castle Donington
Date of stay: 1st November 2021
We had a lovely time in the caravan. The only thing was the heating was a bit finicky at first, but once we got the hang of it, it was fine!
Emma Turner, Preston
Date of stay: 27th October 2021
While the caravan is br and new and looks lovely, we did find some issues. A few cups were stored dirty, the bathroom extractor fan was grimy with dead flies above it and we spotted some grey hairs in the living room and bedroom that weren’t ours. Not quite what we expected!
Sarah, Cambridge
Date of stay: 8th October 2021
Great spot for a chilled break
Diane
Brilliant location for a family holiday. All facilities are on site that you need and the pool is great on a warm day. Close for a drive into Bridlington and Scarborough.
Mary
Great holiday nice quiet and lots to do in the area
John
No Wifi, poor phone signal.
Jennifer
We spent a week at the Park Dean resort and couldn't fault the staff, they were all friendly and very helpful! The children's entertainment was fun and my children enjoyed engaging in the games during the night. The food was brilliant and the prices were good. I would recommend this holiday park to others
Helen
A lot of the advertised items were unavailable, the restaurant staff were rude or missing due to being in the back laughing until it came to the last night of the holiday when they were all sat enjoying themselves in the bar and actually put some music on. That aside the site was clean, well maintained and quiet, would definitely go back but not use the bar/restaurant!
Lynda

Gordon
