Great caravan was big and spacious. A little worn in some parts but overall a great caravan.Electric went off 1 night I phoned the emergency number and he was there within 5 minutes Well done golden gate!

The caravan was reasonable clean but showed signs of wear and age.Internet was a good speed but went off a couple of times in the evenings.

We really enjoyed our time at Golden Gate but was disappointed with the Signature range we expected it to be more than just basic but there were no towels, bedding needs renewing (pillows flat and duvet thin) plus only basic kitchen utensils.

Booked again for next year loved it definitely recommend

horrendous, dirty, chunks missing from everywhere in the wood work, roughly installed vents, holes everywhere, shower wouldn't stay still and couldnt even get it to a good temp, sofa was abused, could feel the bed struts unde the mattress. All Potsdam and pans we're left with dried caked on food.

Dated upholstery but ample for our needs

We were supposed to stay at golden gate in the silver standard caravan but due to whoever was in the caravan before us trashing it we got upgraded to a platinum caravan free of charge at thier sister site white house just next door we were able to use both the facilities at white house and golden gate including the swimming pool in golden gate we didn’t have any issues and all the staff were friendly and helpful

Great little cheap caravan. it was me and my partner the double bed mattress was awful springs digging in so my partner had to go sleep on a signal mattress instead but besides that it was a great stay

blind cords broken ,no waste bins in van ,no lids for pots ,even the tin opener was broken

We stayed here for a week and enjoyed every minute, unfortunately due to lockdown the club wasn’t open so cant comment on the club. The caravan was very clean & the mattresses were like ones you have in your house! Not the cheap budget ones you normally get in a caravan where you come home with bruised legs from springs, alcohol was very reasonable priced, good location for visiting many places

Perfect for what we wanted. A base to shower and sleep whilst we explored surrounding areas. A clean and spacious caravan, with no issues at all. Very happy with our break away!
We did not use the on site facilities as we were too busy!

Being a family of 7, and of all ages, this site suited us all, absolutely amazing, highly recommended, we will most definitely be visiting again 

Brilliant & cosy cottage far enough out the way to be secluded but close enough to local amenities. Amazing hotub & bathroom with underfloor heating throughout tops it off. The owners, Rob & Sharon are wonderful! (And of course Bonnie) Will definitely be coming back again for longer ASAP!!

Really well equipped house, lovely and warm too which was so nice on a rainy December day! Bath was just lovely and a nice big shower! The property is under a flight path - this did not disturb us at all! Dont be put off! A great location for dogs who hate fireworks as it's in the middle of nowhere. It was everything we wanted for our weekend away and we loved staying here. We'll definitely be back! Our pups absolutely loved the underfloor heating and had so much fun in the garden. In fact Luna came home with a strained tail and according to the vet it was because she was wagging it so much over the weekend!! Very happy pups and hoomans!

Lovely cottage. Great location for us. Away from the hustle and bustle. Great hot tub . Lovely helpful non intrusive owners. They have it just right!

Clean site, didn't use many of the facilities so based my rating upon the choice of facilities that were available. Another bin area would be useful as it was a fair trek to the bins, other than that it was a clean, quiet site, well maintained and would be happy to visit again.

Well worth the money we paid,only 1 thing wrong was we got charged £10 for use off the pool, Even though our paperwork said it was completely... Must add not enough pillows for each bed.

Me and my children (young baby and toddler) absolutely loved it! Great value for money the site facilities and staff were so friendly and helpful and the caravan was lovely and clean and looked brand new! Definitely recommend and will be coming back
