Amazing family holiday the only thing that marked it down for me is the fact the pirate ship play area is closed so would be nice to have more playground options. However fantastic place and amazing memories made.

Great, except this accommodation does not have Wi-Fi. This was incorrectly advertised.

The whole place was just disgusting, mould everywhere, especially in the small bathroom,it needed a really good clean everywhere, there were stains all over the curtains, sofas and carpets. The decking safety rails were loose, holes in the matted carpets, blocked sinks in both bathrooms, dangerous screws sticking out of the dinning room table, sofas main support metal bars were sticking out the back of the sofas, ants nests in the main bathroom they were coming out of all the damaged silicone and broken bath panel, dangerous washing machine, and leaking shower which dripped all night

The accommodation we cannot fault. Facilities are good for children. Some children are not controlled, left to run around the site kicking balls and throwing items in the air landing on other holiday makers roofs. At one point seeing one child throwing something into another holiday users premises that was nothing to do with this family. Need to have better rules concerning children. Restaurant time could be better for breakfast. They do an all day breakfast starting at 12.00 noon if that makes any sense. We would still consider going again.

The Atlantic View Lodge was amazing. The sea views were extensive and the grounds well landscaped. Our accommodation was spacious and modern. Everything was provided in the kitchen and the lounge and bedrooms well appointed. In fact it is the best lodge we have stayed in.

Good accommodation for the price and suited 2 couples and 2 children well especially with the en suite extra bathroom.

Good price & value. Lodge was ok but had not been used for a while. Wi-Fi was unusable even after reported to reception and maintenance who said they would fix but never worked. Would have been handy as phone signal is patchy in that area.

Sadly some things need renewing. Fridge door suction poor so had to keep making sure it was closed. Also the single chair coaster missing which made chair uneven.

None if could fault the lodge or site and staff - given the challenging circumstances we are all in they did a fantastic job!

Maybe some bath towels in the caravan would be helpful. And just check the seats round the table a few screws were loose and fell out.

The accommodation was beautiful and absolutely spotless when we arrived. It was spacious and plenty big enough for the 6 adults in our party. The accommodation was modern and so clean. The location was perfect, with a wonderful view of the bay. I really couldn’t fault it in any way at all. The staff were welcoming and helpful when we arrived. The walk to the bay took around 15-20 minutes, just be aware that’s quite a steep hill to walk back up to the park! Overall, we all really enjoyed it and I honestly feel that the photos of the accommodation didn’t do it justice, which isn’t always the case with these places. Thank you for a wonderful holiday!

Wonderful holiday!!
No complaints. The park was so lovely, clean and tidy. Caravan was a nice, modern style and completely spotless.
Our kids loved the pirate ship park, and the swimming was a bonus, especially being lovely and warm!
A great place to come back too after a day at the beach or exploring. Would definitely come back!!!

Great caravan and very clean. Could do with more hooks to hang towels and coats. More could be made of outside space around caravan - bigger table etc

Our accommodation provided plenty of space for our family. We had most of the appliances and extras we needed, although some things had been withdrawn (I assume in light of Covid-19) we had a tea towel but no oven gloves, and no brush to sweep through which would have been helpful to keep the unit clean.

Wonderful holiday experience at Sandymouth. So well maintained and looked after. Small site but all you need. The kids loved it and so did we. Thank you for a fantastic holiday.

Very pleased with my experience but not very happy with going two days with out water we could not shower or use the toilet had to go into town to use the toilet and buy bottles of water

Really lovely quiet park, no big parties or groups, just families. Indoor pool looked like it got very busy but we were lucky in the afternoon and it was just nice. Little disco for kids, bingo, never stayed for adults entertainment so cannot comment on it. Food in restaurant a little pricey but great portions. Shop could be bigger is my only negative but lots of supermarkets and shops locally Situation is gorgeous, we had a beautiful sea view. Own balcony. Caravan was spotless, comfy, plenty of room and resources for 4 adults and 2 children. Beds comfy. Nice touch with welcome pack. Would definitely return with older children as well.

Fab stay at sandymouth perfect location to explore Cornwall and Devon. Lovely national trust beach just a 15 minute walk from site although it is a steep walk my 10 year old walked it everyday! Enjoyed a lovely breakfast at sandymouth beach cafe after a morning coastal path walk! Lovely site, beautiful area, very much enjoyed our stay. Used the pool on site a few times and my son loved the pirate ship play park and adventure trail! Visited bude sea pool and the monster slip and slide whilst in the area a 15 minute drive away from bude where there were lots of shops and Morrisons fuel station I found to be the closest!
Jen
Such a lovely campsite. The little touches like a welcoming soft drink, tea and coffee in the caravan, washing up stuff and the keep sake key tin & duck. The amost amazing views from the site with the sheep and cows in the field near by. Not to far from bude which is also stunning. On site pool and pirate ship were also amazing. Can’t wait to go back.

Just had a wonderful 5 days at Sandymouth. We loved the size (not too big or busy) of the park, so clean with amazing sea views. 20 minute walk down to a beautiful beach with a lovely cafe. Beautiful 4 mile walk over cliffs to Bude one way & same distance to a great pub the other direction. We enjoyed the bar & entertainment but didn't eat there or use the pool. All the staff were very welcoming too.

Lovely holiday park with stunning views. We stayed in a Tintagel Beach Shack and it was the best view we have ever had from an accommodation on holiday - simply stunning. Would highly recommend this holiday park and we look forward to returning.
Katie
We had a lovely holiday at Sandymouth,we had a few problems with our caravan but everytime we phoned to report problems they arrived seconds later to fix it,so I cant fault them at all our caravan just needed a bit of tlc as it didnt feel as good as it could have been,I would not choose that type of caravan again but it didn't ruin our holiday and we weren't in there long for it to bother us to much, the site was beautiful and well kept and the beach wasn't to far away,we did walk it one day. There was so much to do in the area for familys and only a short drive to explore different places.
Tracy
This was our third visit. Lovely as always

Highly recommend

Beautiful site. Not suitable for people who have disabilities or struggle with hills. Get too the local beach early as gets busy(not walking distance) parking charge.very helpful and friendly staff. Stayed in dog friendly accommodation nice caravan, but not very clean. Floors need a good scrub and in general a better clean. Young kids cleaning them that probably can't clean there own bedrooms.
