Riverside Caravan Park

Lovely weekend caravan spacious and clean.Nice quiet park entertainment good. Central for visiting Arundel and Brighton. Will visit again.

Fantastic evening entertainment for myself and my wife and also for our 4 year old daughter. Loved the pools and the staff are very friendly. We'll be going back very soon.

Nice large caravan ready before 4. .6 birth van

The caravan was a bit tired could do with a bit of sprucing up the hot water was a bit tand miss .to be truthful we used the caravan as a base .Was not happy about making our own bed

We had a few light bulbs and a door that needed fixing but it was done the same done fast and all the different engineers are friendly and polite always go up and beyond the do that then need to do and do it as quickly as they can.

Had a fab time Perfect for my children who have additional needs Surrounding area especially pool area very clean.

Alot if utensils missing, had to ask for a new toaster as ours was rusty,just needs afew tweaks

The caravan needed some maintenance the door was hanging off the smoke alarm was just placed the side and just needed a good clean

Aldwick Caravan was a good size for our group but disappointed not to get some basics like toilet roll, oven trays and had to pop out to purchase, one bedroom door was faulty but everything else was ok.

Gas didn't work when we arrived took 2 attempts by staff to fix it Lighting was poor kept cutting out. Eventually did not work and we needed site staff to fix it.Shower did not stay warm.

The caravan could use some maintenance Blinds/curtains broken or offMattress not the Comfiest The plates cutlery etc were not cleanHowever this did not impact our wonderful break

Love going to Riverside The club and entertainment is fantastic Caravans are average and sometimes need a deep clean

Not a pleasant stay

Poor quality accommodation and items not cleaned furniture. Stained. bathroom not cleaned mold .electric socket hanging off the wall in single bedroom broken handle on bedroom door .broken . meant to be disabled caravan not fit for purpose

This caravan was supposed to be assistance friendly for disabled people , but it was not suitable, for a start the entrance was up a long entrance up hill and if it wasn’t for me being fairly fit I could not pushed the wheelchair up this slope. The caravan was old and tatty inside and was obviously a normal caravan been converted and not very well. Brian Lidbetter.

Love Riverside Park, great staff, great clubhouse, great entertainmentNot sure why the route to the toilets have changedTwo bedroom caravans need upgrading no heating and hours we were freezing Phoned head office a few times to try and upgrade and had conflicting messagesMaybe next time, I will go straight to Riverside to speak

was in fested with ants all over the place,shower chair had no legs to support weight.

Could smell the sewage from bathroom ...not sure if that is normal 樂. Other wise very comfortable and practical. Clean and well kept. All you would need was provided.

Stayed at caravan park before everything was very quiet swimming pool nice and warm couldn’t fault the staff all very helpful would certainly visit again

wasnt fussy on the food as i had burger and fries and burger was burned and fries were soggy but lovely staff x

i really enjoyed my stay it was easy to go to all sorts of nice places in the local area and not get lost !

I have no complaints.The family had an excellent break in a good kept caravan with nice onsite facilities.Nice location and within a short drive to places of interest.

Nice clean park very nice flowers , staff in bar very friendly and bar very cool in such hot weather .it was a shame we had to leave early because I had hospital appointment

We had a great stay at Riverside. Our caravan was well equipped and great location just next to the park which was fab for our 6yo. Only a minute walk to the club house and arcade and couple minutes walk to the pool. Both indoor and outdoor pools where well staffed and clean. My kids had the best time and the staff where so friendly and nice. Tesco next door very handy for getting in the essentials. Beach is a few minutes drive or about 20 min walk. Overall we had a great time and the weather was very kind to us sunshine ?? all day Saturday and Sunday. Would definitely go back.

Been going to riverside for the past 9 years now and it’s a lovely site had no problems in the years the staff are so helpful and friendly

Great stay. A few minor faults with caravan which were reported.

Loved it so did my dogs we are coming back next year
