It was great , the entertainment was outstanding !!! I loved our caravan . It had great space and we were able to fit 8 people each person with a bed to themselves . There was a sofa bed for a my auntand uncle . There was a 4 single beds for me , my sister and my two cousins and another double bed in a seperate room for my mum and dad . I will definately go again no matter what ! All my sister wanted to do was go to the park . Its such a nice little park where children can go off by themselves. There are shops just out the park so you can get a newspaper and stuff . There are also shops to buy footballs and games .

Great caravan once it was re cleaned. The staff really need to keep onto of inspections on change over days. This seems to be a running theme having spoke to other holiday makers.

few minor issue with Caravan but nothing to be upset about just general things maintainence but apart from that perfect size and comfy

Would never use restraint again as I said beforeHad a family meal in the club house restaurant Had to wait hour and half for food After 1hour ask how long it would be they sad another 15 min . Wanted another 30 min still no food . Went to counter to ask again they said it was in its way When the food eventually turn up the food was warm and the chips had been reheated Was a family meal for 6 people costing £80 did complaint was told to take it up with head office ? Would visit again but maybe different site

Amazing caravan, we stayed in A28 - caravan was lovely & clean, close to the beach and the entertainment venue

Caravan was dated, no shop on site

We throughly enjoyed our quick get away and so did the children with everything on-site and within walking distance to entertain then. This was good value for money and we would certainly book again. Thank you.

A couple of the cushions were slightly stained however given the age of the caravan it could have been a lot worse. The mattresses were comfortable although a bit soft for my liking. There was quite a strong smell of dog initially although that faded once windows and doors and a spray of febreeze.Overall the caravan was clean however some attention to the shower seals will be needed in the near future.

Weekend away with no kids didn't really use harts facilities much prices for drinks was expensive .Locally the area is lovely shops cafes and 3 lovely fish and chip shops Beach and arcades nice and local so mainly stayed out and made the most of the weather and local amenities

Overall was average had to unblock sink drain as blocked and smelt very bad. Floors dirty had to sweep up on arrival

Disgusting! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS HOLIDAY PARK!! A very limited service. Starting from the WIFI service that you must pay £7 per day to use in the caravan, and all cutleries and especially the pan that was very very old didn't feel safe to cook and eat using these, the caravan itself dirty and old sofa and to imagine that we paid for 3 nights on GOLD 3 bedroom caravan. To be continued with the swimming pool slots there is only one swimming pool available for around 300 caravans, therefore the capacity of the people that wanted to access the swimming pool isn't sufficient to meet the customer's needs. Is the swimming pool only for a 45-minute slot ?! Also, the guardian didn't allow the parent to get into the big swimming pool as it must be both two parents with the child in the infant swimming pool?! Moreover, forcing the child to have the swimming ring while the child was under the supervision of both parents?! Omg, we couldn't wait to leave the swimming pool as we didn't enjoy it at all, it felt like all eyes were on us as the guardian was over-controlling every single move. It is our first time at this Holiday park, and we never will go back to this one, as we have been going for years to other Holiday parks but never had such as bad experience as we had with Harts Holiday Park. Please don't waste your money on this holiday park as you will regret it!!!!

the caravan itself was it good order the problem came when anybody moved around in the caravan as it shook and vibrated. The parking was a joke it was like wacky races trying to get a spot. not enough parking for the amount of caravans

What an amazing weekend it's been. It was my birthday and I will never forget it. Thank you to everyone there that made our stay with you so perfect **

The caravan had not been cleaned satisfactorily, there was rubbish on the floor and it had not been hoovered.

And ok on that front

The caravan was dirty, we had to be asked for it to be recleaned, the cleaner was lovely but the reception staff were rude. The caravans are nothing like the pictures, the kitchen was smaller, there's no separate dinning space it was just a table in front of the sofa which made it difficult to eat or sit and relax. You're allowed dogs in the caravan but no where else on site. The caravans are extremely close together so you feel on top of everyone.

The shower door was broken, the sofabed was not cleaned and half of the arcade games were not working

The Caravan was, home from home. Spacious and comfortable.

The caravan was very clean and comfortable. The only less satisfactory aspect was the lack of some items such as hairdryer and an iron.

The caravan was very clean and tidy on arrival. The staff were friendly, helpful and supportive. We enjoyed our break despite the weather.

We left a day early due to the site & area! There was nothing to do & we didn’t attempt to take the children swimming after being told this had to be prebooked at 8am.

Fantastic - took 1, 13 and 15 year old so much to do and so many arcades and so close to the beach - it won’t disappoint - swimming pool was a little naff - staff bit rude and had to book at 9.15 in the morning to go that day (ask to book the next day too !)

I only used the club for a couple of hours. The Cabaret was very good but it was so loud we left. We didn’t use any other facilities on the site. Only stayed two nights. Caravan was perfect but had no chopping board which seemed a bit weird. That was my only criticism.

The best site I’ve ever stayed on. Had a lovely stay, lots to do, walk away from a lovely beach, will definitely be coming back.

Second time staying here within 2 months. Absolutely love it. Cannot fault anything. Will be booking again very soon. Thank you to all the staff.
