Situated in Seasalter and very close to the beach, you’ll feel like you can relax from the moment that you arrive.

There’s a heated outdoor pool and children’s splash pool to enjoy and so much to do around the park too.

Visit the family friendly clubhouse serving food and beverages throughout the day (openings times may vary) with regular cabaret acts, and live sporting events on Sky and BT Sports.

Nearby Whitstable is famous for its oysters, but don’t feel you have to try them - like Marmite, you’ll either love them or hate them!

Parking not good nice caravan but beds not made up and no bedding.no lights or plugs by beds.pull out bed has a really thin mattress.

The park facilities are quite small for the amount of people the park holds, we didnâ€™t feel comfortable to use the pool or the indoor entertainment venue as we were concerned about social distancing.
The caravan we had was clean, spacious and had great amenities. The park grounds were clean and well kept and all the staff I spoke with were lovely.

Great caravan. Beautifully clean and everything we needed. The only issue was moving around the bed was tricky as space was tight . Very spacious living area though.

The best part of the holiday was the evening entertainment and Ian this and the accomadation were excellent. The shop was minimal and the staff were rude and more interested in gossiping.
The only reason we would return to this resort is because Ian. There is nothing to do in the area and there is nothing much to do onsite

The only complaint I have is that the seating area by the play area had not been cleaned from the previous evening. The bins were full and the ashtrays had not been emptied. Otherwise myself and my 12 year old son had a lovely time :)

Holiday was great... Campsite not so great, they never told me exactly where to go to pick up my keys the staff were rude to my girlfriend who only was pleasant back only coz we wasn't told we had to be out of the caravan by 10am and we stayed an extra hour or so!! Our holiday pack consisted of a few brochures detailing what is going on in the park and where and a key!!! So we think we shall try another park in Kent other than the Alberta

Brilliant & cosy cottage far enough out the way to be secluded but close enough to local amenities. Amazing hotub & bathroom with underfloor heating throughout tops it off. The owners, Rob & Sharon are wonderful! (And of course Bonnie) Will definitely be coming back again for longer ASAP!!

Really well equipped house, lovely and warm too which was so nice on a rainy December day! Bath was just lovely and a nice big shower! The property is under a flight path - this did not disturb us at all! Dont be put off! A great location for dogs who hate fireworks as it's in the middle of nowhere. It was everything we wanted for our weekend away and we loved staying here. We'll definitely be back! Our pups absolutely loved the underfloor heating and had so much fun in the garden. In fact Luna came home with a strained tail and according to the vet it was because she was wagging it so much over the weekend!! Very happy pups and hoomans!

Lovely cottage. Great location for us. Away from the hustle and bustle. Great hot tub . Lovely helpful non intrusive owners. They have it just right!

Absolutely loved how well maintained and equipped this cottage is. Plenty of dog walks right on the doorstep. Very friendly host, they were so efficient and communication was excellent. We enjoyed meeting the animals on the farm and the very curious pig penelope. Perfect escape for us and the doggos. Will definitely be back, brilliant value!! HighlRead morey recommend. Hide
