Fab holiday. The Hay Barn was lovely accomodation, clean, tidy and had everything we needed. Hot tub was clean and very relaxing and bonus was undercover.Staff very pleasant and helpful.Liked how property was gated and felt secure.Highly recommend.

Was really good we enjoyed every minute of it was nice and clean and comfortable the hot tub was great we had everything we needed nice welcome pack with a treat of some bread, eggs and bacon we will be coming back????

excellent, really relaxing place. nice warm and comfortable. excellent hot tub, nice that its undercover, so was able to use it in the rain. we thought the view from this cottage, (the hayloft) is the best of all the cottages.

Beautiful place to stay the accommodation was extremely clean and homely the staff were very friendly and helpful. The break was so peaceful and relaxing would highly recommend to anyone thinking of booking as extremely good value for money for such a stunning place.

a gorgeous relaxing hot tub. Had the best winter break here with my husband. The hot tub was looked after daily and all the staff were lovely and asked if we needed fresh towels during the week we stayed. Can't wait to return, beds are so comfortable too and we even had a dolce gusto coffee machine. Will be coming back for another break in the next few months. Highly recommended

One of the nicest accommodation we've stayed in which is a lot. Definitely 5 star very nicely furnished, luxurious towels and bathrobes. Very good welcome pack bacon eggs milk bread prosecco. Family run all very helpful nothing too much trouble.

We had an absolutely lovely stay, the family were really warm & welcoming, the accommodation was superb, very clean and homely, lovely touches to the decor and nice added extras such as bacon and bread and Prosecco on arrival, we couldn't fault our stay and can't wait to book again soon  Thanks so much for having us

Great place to stay and relax after busy year

This was the most perfect getaway. We’re not usually ones for UK breaks away, always go abroad - but because of the current situation with covid we decided to book a UK break and I am so glad we did! The cottage was absolutely gorgeous, staff friendly, site amazing and beautiful. We really felt like we escaped life for a few days... can’t wait to come back. Thank you so much to everyone working here.

Lovely place, well kept and clean and tidy grounds.
we were met on arrival by a lovely lady that showed us about and how to use things. Also a bottle of prosecco and bread eggs and bacon for us which was a wonderful touch.

Brilliant 4 night stay. Accommodation and the hot tub was great. Fishing was unbelievable as my husband has never caught so many large fish. Would highly recommend beech tree lakes for a quiet , relaxing get away

Arrived to a beautiful cottage and hot tub Everything you needed for quite break Few things could have made it better Slip Matt in shower because it was slippery And maybe larger fry pan for cooking A few rubber Matt’s around hot tub as quite dirty from door to tub Apart from that the place is surrounded by lake plenty of fisherman if it’s your thing Lots of caravans And lots of geese But didn’t spoil our trip We visited Doncaster shopping which was fun and Cosy nights in Would re book again With our hesitation J and p

Lovely place to stay. Everything you needed for a short/long stay. The hot tub was lovely, all ready and set up on arrival. Good for traveling to all places around this area.

We've had a wonderful 4 days here surrounded by peace and natural beauty. The lodge is furnished to a very high standard and the prosecco, bread, bacon, eggs etc was a lovely welcoming touch. The hot tub was amazing with additional towels and bath robes supplied. Will definitely return!

Never booked a lodge before but I will be in the future

Relaxing beauiful surroundings, owners always there to help nothing too much trouble just ask and if they can you will get. really enjoy being her, would recommend

Amazing place, it was our second time there, already booked to go back for 7 nights in December 22 lovely quiet place, great little pub on a weekend, great fishing and close to Doncaster meadow Hall etc

Excellent weeks stay at Beech Tree lakes cottage, cottage very clean and had everything you could need. Hot tub was huge and ready for us the jump straight in after a day spent fishing on the onsite fishing pond that's just a stone's throw away.

Amazing place, I recommend for a couple. So romantic.

Alex.welcomed us on arrival the site was clean and tidy . She was also friendly about the site. The tack room was absolutely lovely. With complimentary bread .milk eggs bacon tea coffee sugar. Coffee machine. All laundry included .beds were very comfortable. The hot tub was sighted ideally and there was garden furniture to use also. Definitely recommeded . And would go back .

Had a lovely relaxing 3 night's break the lodge was spotlessly clean the shower was massive the welcome gifts of bacon eggs and bread and not forgetting the bottle of prosseco and the other welcome items where a lovely thoughtful touch The hot tub was out of this world.
