Great stay in a spotless caravan .

We booked last minute just for a weekend gateway and couldn't have been more happy with our choice.

Unable to access on site restaurant/bar as no dogs allowed inside and the outside seating did not provide cover or warmth in the torrential rain . A pet friendly area should be provided as you are charged for dogs to stay on the park

Very nice short break

lovely site in a lovely location. very friendly staff. the caravan was very nice apart from the pet odour but we appreciate when you book a pet friendly caravan this may well be a problem and it appeared to be the only option at the time. otherwise a very enjoyable break.

We were very disappointed in the cleanliness. The caravan had spider webs on all walls and ceilings, there was 15 flies and the main bedroom hadn't been dusted or hoovered, there were items left under bed and behind the stool too.

Wonderful enjoyable holiday

We had a lovely week in Heather’s View, the staff were very nice and obliging, the site was clean and well maintained - the bar and grill was well stocked and value for money. It was noted that there were at least 3 children’s play areas - these areas were clean and appeared to be well maintained .

Great site already planning to go back

Perfect in every way. Everything was provided for and even the curtains felt very expensive

Well equipped. Good oven and fridge with freezer.

A great holiday in an unspoilt part of England. The site was handy for several destinations and well worth the money. We will be returning 😀😀😀😀

Very good site good facilities nice staff and everything very clean.

We enjoyed our stay and the mobile home was lovely, although could have done with a dustpan & brush and some more cooking implements e.g non stick frying pan, cooking spatula etc.
We would love to visit again if it were nearer to where we lived, but a long drive for short breaks.

Every thing was spotless and clean crisp white bedding and towels, caravan was spacious site was well maintained

Fantastic location, peaceful, friendly staff , they couldn’t do enough for you , my mum ended up at hospital broken her 2 toe , the staff said they had a wheel chair so she wouldn’t miss out going out so fantastic friendly staff 👍 x x

A great park! Very quiet and very friendly everywhere you go. Picturesque walks along the river into the village too. Only down side is the breakfast was poor and the bars expensive but it wouldn’t put me off returning ?

Everything about it was excellent.I would definitely recommend it.We had a great time.I have already recommended it to friends.

well kept site very clean and comfortable caravan good entertainment and food

Lovely staff friendly as soon as we arrived , site well maintained and caravan was spotlessly clean had everything we required with nice touches . Only negative was the cleanliness of the bar area tables outside were dirty , staff didn’t acknowledge and it wasn’t busy . Other point we would like to make we had a lovely picnic bench outside the caravan but unable to use due to flies from the dog waste bin and rubbish / recycling area next to our caravan .

Excellently maintained grounds. Friendly staff, very quiet. 3 parks which were excellent for all ages of children, particularly under 12s. Shop very basic but covered what we needed. Bar/restaurant food simple and filled a hole! Would visit again. Caravan was immaculate. Very new and super comfy. Ash Grove 9

Excellent location for exploring the area. Very relaxing and chilled Park with all the required facilities nearby. Also, plenty of options to get active too; Mountain biking, swimming, walking, etc. Kids were impressed with the park and wildlife. Def would return.

We had a fabulous week at this lovely caravan park. Second time we have been and it wont be the last. Its a lovely quiet site. The site is well kept and clean. Our Caravan was spotless and had everything we needed. Cannot comment on the on site pub and restaurant as we didnt use them.Cant wait to go back.

Lovely park and surrounding area, ground staff are always working to keep the park spotless, only concern was the music coming from the entertainment center,we could hear it in our caravan which was a couple of streets away , thankfully it was only on Friday and Saturday and stops about 10.30 ,the area near reception would be quieter
