Overall bad experience and wouldn’t return to this park

The cottage was extremely clean with lovely furnishings. Very quiet and well maintained. The hot tub was an added bonus.

Lovely cottage in great location, not far from York. This cottage is dog friendly and I would recommend if you have dogs.

Great holiday. The cottage was lovely. Very clean. Bed a little on the small side think it was a small double but other than that very comfy.

Lovely cabin perfect for a weekend getaway

Cabin was small and cosy ideal for couples. Sofa's was modern but not comfortable at all, however the bed was fantastic.

We had a lovely weeks break at the Vale of York in the Lily cabin. The staff were friendly and approachable. We enjoyed fishing in the lake and relaxing in the tranquil surroundings. The cabin was clean and was well equipped with cooking utensils ect. There is a 10 minute walk into the little village along a grass very some of the grass was long but you can hop on and off on the road. the pub in the village the ship inn we had a lovely meal at and we had a drive into Wigginton where we enjoyed a few afternoons in their lovely beer garden this pub is also a lovely place to eat. We walked into the little village and got the bus into York from opposite the ship inn which wasn't a long bus journey all in all we had a great stay at the vale of York country park.
