Greet stay, excellent facilities

The lodge was spotlessly clean and very well decorated to a high standard and nice and modern. The welcome pack was very nice. My only slight niggle was the shower was either very hot or cold and didn't seem to have a comfortable in between temperature.

Excellent lodge in very good condition

Very comfortable with a equipped kitchen. Loved the barbecue best I have ever used. Master bedroom extremely comfortable with lots of storage space. 2nd bedroom ok but more suitable for children than adults. We were there with 4 adults and 2 labradors so should have booked a larger lodge

Amazing spa and lodge, although hot tub could have done with some more lighting around it, to make it safer to get in and out of

Well equipped but slightly dirty and too hot as no thermastat to control temperature. Bedding was made from down too which is known for aggravating breathing issues, myself and both children are asthmatic so they coughed alot and I could barely breath even after using inhalers so I put all the bedding in a cupboard and got my own.

Lovely lodge, spacious and well thought out

Lodge was excellently clean, great additions of fab brands. Everything you needed was there.Fab welcome hamper Very homely Only one thing not perfect there was a very weird smell despite diffusers it never went and Is still lingering in my wash bag!

Everything was there someone had thought about everything you might need even the milk in the fridge The place was spotless hot tub was great spar was second to none a great place to eat also there was a good selection of GF food options as well on all 3 courses thanks for a great time

Great location, peaceful, relaxing, food is excellent, great for dogs, spa is a little pricey.

Gorgeous clean and well stocked lodge. Wonderful little touches, locally sourced food hamper, bottle of milk, cleaning pack. Dog bed and bowls provided with treats too. Absolutely amazing lodge.

Beautiful lodge and superbly set out with ample storage. Only slight niggle was a floodlight from the car park lights up the bedroom on a night but could be rectified with thicker curtains or blinds, also there is nowhere to hang robes or towels when in the hot tub as the outdoor furniture was soaking wet due to misty weather

The lodge was absolutely spotless and the outdoor spa and hot tub were a great added touch. The lodge was perfectly kitted out with everything even down to robes! We stayed over Christmas and when we arrived there was a Christmas Tree, gift pack and mince pies on our arrival. Such a lovely start to the holiday.

Beautiful lodge, really luxurious. Lots of space. The outdoor area with hot tub was fantastic. It was spotlessly clean and we felt like we were the first to stay in the lodge which was a pet free one Great appliances and good spec. Beds were lovely.The only negative is that the lodge looked straight out onto the park road, as it's a new site there aren't any trees or hedges to obscure the lodge, so anyone walking or driving past can see straight into lodge. It felt a bit like a goldfish bowl. Not sure whether some frosted glass over part might help with this. Staff were very friendly. We didn't use the spa or the dome so can't comment on those.Great spot for exploring beautiful North Yorkshire. We visited Castle Howard, York, York outlets and picturesque and foodie lovers Helmsley.Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Homely and spacious, more than enough for a family of 4. Had so much storage. Hot tub was big and powerfulOpen outdoor bbq and relaxing area. Would definitely recommend.

A excellent well equipped lodge with beautiful decor and comfortable beds. The hot tub was a good temperature and very clean. The outdoor kitchen and BBQ area were very pleasant. Robes and slippers provided were a nice touch. The dog hamper and also the bag of local goodies were well received.. A bottle of fresh milk in the fridge on arrival was a god send. A dog bed and bowl were also provided. We would definitely book this lodge again.

Lodge was v nice, good equipment and nicely laid out - built in wardrobe in master bedroom with en-suite on one side and ample cupboard on the other was good.

Very clean and kept temperature very well

Lovely relaxing stay in a VIP lodge. With Just a few quibbles which didn't ruin our stay but would make everything perfect if they were fixed. The washing machine wouldn't work, even after following the instructions. The dishwasher was filthy, so we had to opt for washing up by hand and the hall carpet was also stained. As the weather had been quite wet before our stay, the grass around the hot tub was quite muddy, so an improvement would be to extend the paving slightly around the tub, otherwise you have to stand on the wet grass to open and close the lid. Apart from these issues the lodge was lovely and clean and had everything we needed. The hamper and the little extras were a lovely touch.

Had a 3 night break away at the spa retreat in one of the dog friendly lodges, what an amazing hidden gem. Absolutely everything was thought of, the lodges were stunning, modern and very well equipped. We loved the little touches like the hamper with local produce and even the dogs got their own little welcome pack. I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a relaxing break away. It is situated close to Helmsley which is a cute little village with lots of nice walks around and close enough to the coast for a day out. We also used the spa which again was really good, modern and so relaxing with such a nice vibe, we will definitely be visiting again in the summer months. The dome restaurant is so cute, we enjoyed a breakfast one morning which was very tasty cooked by the friendly chef who greeted us everytime we went into the restaurant. Cocktails were great too! All the staff here are so chatty and friendly we just cannot recommend it enough.

Absolutely stunning Lodge with loads of lovely extras to make the stay extra special. Cannot think or anything that its missing. Attention to detail and practicality is very impressive.
