Great loved it allJoe was amazing

The lodges themselves are OK, reasonably well equipped and good decor. We won't be returning though. The website gives a check in time of "after 4pm" it's only after booking and paying that you get a message that check in is only between 5 and 6pm, with fines if even 1 minute late! This meant we had to take extra time off work and turned an already long journey into a really stressful one, worrying about being late if the traffic was bad. Other things to bear in mind are that the description details zip lock beds, which they aren't and caused us problems, the website also has a check out time of "before 10 am", but it's actually before 9am, again with fines if a minute late. Not the fault of the accommodation but if you're not a keen angler there's very little to do in the local area.

Lovely accommodation. Did have a broken toilet seat we couldn't use and a couple of broken tiles in the kitchen area but we let reception know so hopefully this will be sorted for the next guests.

Willow lakes is the perfect chill out place.so quiet and relaxing.fully kitted out lodges with everything you need.the staff are lovely.Laurence is on hand for everything.the landmark is lovely for a meal or just a coffee and cake,but I would advise to book as early as possible.we had a lovely away from everything few days.can’t wait to go back ????

Willow Lakes Lodge is a nice relaxing environment. Lawrence is a diamond everything about his warmth,genuine attentive nature helps the whole experience become awesome. The lodge we stayed in,Woodpecker adult only lodge was lovely. Very,very clean & I've stayed in alot of places. Great place! I only have 2 bits of constructive criticisms 1: Our lodge hasn't enough guarding for when you want to use the hot tub. There is guarding at the side,however not at the back,so if someone was walking or drivng past you would be noticed,so that needs to be looked into especially as its an executive lodge & you want privacy. 2: Although there is signage for reception it does stipulate for sales which can be a little confusing! You would think more so of buying a lodge rather than it being a check in faccilty. I think if it had underneath that sign or above check in or reception check in that would help. Now back to the positives, the lodge has a great view of the lake,wonderful wildlife & horses. Great restaurant and food,staff are lovely

Lodge was very spacious very clean beds very comfortable and had everything thing we needed to make it feel a special holiday (hot tub)

Lodge was very clean with all the facilities we required. The staff were very friendly and helpful but there was not much to do in the area but our main aim for the holiday was to relax and eat out in nice restaurants which we succeeded in doing.

If any slight criticism Maybe a slightly larger sofa would be in order. We were a party of four and could have done with a bit more space to relax on an evening.

Perfect setting for a relaxing get away with friends. The lake view is lovely, the hot tub was well maintained and clean.The lodge is very well equipped throughout and very spacious for 6 people. I would definitely visit again.

Just stay at willow lakes and had a great week with family. Cabins are well equipped and the location is perfect. We stayed at kestrel lodge and had a great view of the lake

Needs a little TLC, especially the balcony area but lodge overall was lovely.Sunken hot tub & lodge was well-equipped

Lovely lodge nice peaceful location. Well equipped with everything you need. Lovely restaurant with lovely views from the terrace. Jo and staff were friendly and helpful. Had a lovely four day break and weather was even good sun everyday. Would recommend it.

All the furniture and fittings were of good quality. There was plenty of storage, great for a family.The bed was very comfortable.An excellent lodge

Excellent lodge in lovely surroundings on the edge of the lake. Very peaceful with an on-site restaurant that has stunning views and is well worth a visit. Various walks straight from the lodge to the surrounding areas, short or long, depending how far you want to go.

Amazing lodge with everything you need and very clean.

We were relocated to this site on the day we arrived as the site we were booked in had a power outage. The owners could not have done enough for us, making sure the lodge was heated, nothing was too much trouble, even making sure we got a table in the lovely Landmark Cafe, which is well worth a visit. Our lodge was a 3 bed, it was spotless and had all the home comforts for a good weekend or week. We had a deck with a Hot Tub facing the lake, which we made full use off. We would definitely return and would recommend to everyone.

Lodge was like a home from home.

We had a great week in Swan Lodge. The setting was amazing overlooking the lake with lots of Canada Geese and other birds. Very relaxing. The lodge was well equipped and the hot tub was fabulous. A king size bed in the master bedroom and a mirror in bedroom 2 would make it perfect. Definitely recommend.

As a party of 5 we stayed at Willow Lakes Lodges, in the Wren Lodge for three nights. The lodge was extremely clean, comfortable, spacious and equipped with all the necessary amenities. This included a washing machine, which we found really useful. The hot tub was a big hit with all of us! A step for the hot tub would have been useful and the hot tub being under cover would have eliminated the blossoms from the surrounding trees. Apart from these minor details, we had a fantastic time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely book again!!!

Have a fab weekend away, staff (Rachael) was there to help at the end of the phone/email almost straight away. Cant thank her enough. A few lovely pubs in the village, a very good 50mins walk though.

It really was the perfect place to stay for a quiet and restful few days away. Close enough to Grimsby to visit the Fishing Heritage Museum along with the Time Trap museum. The accommodation is contemporary, spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable, albeit the double beds seemed small compared to our Super-king at home and mattress was certainly harder. Overall it was fantastic.

This was exactly what we needed! After a stressful few months we just wanted to get away from it all and relax. That's exactly what this holiday and location allowed us to do. Loved the quiet, nature and especially the hot tub! The owners Jo and Laurence were really helpful and the one slight snag we had was sorted out immediately. We will definitely be returning. A brilliant place for rest and relaxation and a relatively short drive to cleethorpes, Mablethorpe ,and a little further afield, Skegness for the seaside. Or a short drive to Louth for a pleasant little market town.

The owners was very helpful, she was always available to help with our questions and concerns. The lodge was very clean and had all the facilities you could possibly want. The hot tub was a great addition. The a-z guide was very helpful, it detailed all the local amenities and attractions. The park was very clean and quiet. We would highly recommend and will be returning again soon.

This is our second stay at Willow Lakes. The first time the weather was continuous sunshine. The second time (bearing in mind it was early Spring) the weather was changeable and colder, but it didn't matter. We enjoyed the surrounding area and the accommodation was first class.

Our stay at the shift cabin was an amazing break for the family made better by the friendliness of Jo and husband who made our stay really comfortable and easy. The location was lovely and the lodge itself was the best we haver ever stayed in. We will definately be coming back for a long stay soon!

The staff here couldn’t have been any more lovely. I do however recommend to book directly through them rather then through a 3rd party. I had such an amazing relaxing break away here with the girls

Fantastic break away. Lodge is beautiful everything you need. The view of the lake from our room was so lovely. Info book is in the lodge showing details of shops, restaurants, takeaways etc . Staff are lovely. Great Fishing We will definately be going back.

Great location. Made an excellent base to explore the area and for relaxing. It is highly likely that we will return (at a different time of year) to get the benefit of some of the other facilities that were on offer.
