the caravan did not live up to my expectations in terms of cleanliness...dirty floors, dusty window blinds...the pillows and duvets are terribly dirty and do not meet the standard...the mattresses are terrible to sleep on...I did not live up to my expectations for the money that We pay them, it was a disaster.. keep making changes and general cleaning in the caravans... you don't have parking spaces... the food in the restaurant is very low to eat, change the staff and the menu because it is not at all tasteful and pleasant.... unfortunately it is the first the caravan and the first site where I don't recommend and I didn't enjoy waiting for the money I paid... I'm sorry to say but I was disappointed, you know. a lot to change...I've been around and had a few visits, that's all I can recommend the beautiful area but the caravan is downright dirty

What a fab place! Great facilities, easy access to the beach and a little town in walking distance. Plenty in the surrounding area to do and lovely friendly staff.

Would really call it gold. I have stayed it much better.

I wouldn't recommend due to staff and drugs being spoken about within staff

Only due to the loss of electricity but under the sofa had broken biscuits there.

Spacious and spotless.

We were upgraded on arrival to a Gold caravan it was great. A bit close to the entertainment which was loud but a lovely van.

The staff were very helpful, and there were plenty of meal choices, were served in good time, and were delicious. The ambience in the restaurant was very relaxing. Customers were immediately impressed by the space and lighting.

Caravan clean and well equiptment. Could not get wifi in caravan despite paying £15 seemed to be a black spot. Couldn’t get into pool fully booked on arrival even tho hardly anyone in each session. Entertainment staff lovey and bar staff friendly. Area could do with more variation when it comes to food.

Excellent holiday park. Site staff were amazing. Only downside I could find was parking, but that did not ruin things for us. Beach is super close as are lots of local attractions.

Only one thing I was disappointed with was. No complimentary toilet paper or tea sugar and milk to welcome us

Last minute booking but the service was great. Staff called on the day of arrangement to explain. The site was very clean. The layout was a little congested but overall not too bad. Parking was limited so we had to park quite a way away.

Brilliant site and lovely caravan, park was clean and tidy. Jakes bar and the club house were brill. Jakes beach bar was absolutely amazing. Would definitely recommend and will be visiting again.

Only problem we didn't have table and chairs outside which we paid for asked for them but still didn't get them
