Everything you need is there very comfortable

Location was beautiful next to the fishing lakes just wasn't cleaned properly, had stains on the furniture, not alot of cutlery or cooking pans. The boiler leaked and kept dropping water pressure.

Clean must better than an haven

The caravan itself was not cleaned properly, there was strong pungent odour when we arrived? animal smell. I am not against animal but they should separate the caravan with animal and no animal, one of my family member has asthma and I suffer from hayfever.The front door in the carpet area, there were a lot of animal hair, was not hovered properly.Bed linens for the pull up bed is not complete. Hence we asked help from the night emergency staff. The night emergency staff were not helpful and unfriendly. They know that there were 8people to check in, there was no accounting and rechecking from the hospitality team.The caravan has dust mite or ?bed bug, we were bitten, we have a lot of red itchy marks right after our first night until the 7th day. Red itchy patches keeps on appearing everyday.The manager of the park was not helpful, we asked for hover for us to self clean the caravan, he promised on the 2nd day but until 7th day no hover has arrived. The manager is full of promises but no action.Our holiday was ruined from the first day. I was constantly scratching due to severe itchiness.

Caravan was filthy. Brown marks on the doors, clearly not been wiped down for ages. Radiators and fire were dirty. Hole in one of the bedroom's wall. Van stank of dog.

The soft furnishings were extremely dirty. The smell when we arrived in the lodge was very unpleasant. This seemed to be mainly from the rug and the sofas which were beyond dirty. They had stains all over them and it was impossible to sit down on them due to the overpowering smell. This was reported on the first night but I had to call again 2 days later as nothing was actioned. The cleanliness of the lodge other than this was quite good but the lodge was very much in need of refurbishment as it was worn, old and tatty. I would not return for this reason which is a real shame because it's a great site.

As previous, van is outdated and overdue for refurbishing. It lacks the facilities that other companies offer. It is very basic.

We enjoyed the holiday has we were out all day, and only had to sleep and shower in the caravan.

The caravan could of been cleaner when we pulled out the sofa bed it was very dirty underneath also the lounge curtain was torn and the main door frame was dirty

Caravan was not very clean , signal is awful even after being told by reception to call a number to help but you can’t even do that without signal .The booking app doesn’t work so when you arrive to use facilities you can’t we had very disappointed children that couldn’t go swimming all week ,The evening entertainment again not enough seating so couldn’t enjoy this either for the week , There are only two pool tables and we witnessed fights brake out over the same people hogging the tables , would also make sure you take change (£1,2ps) as most of the note changing machines don’t work so you can’t then use the arcade and can’t get any change from anywhere else .

We book the same caravan and it’s all good

We stayed in a caravan that allows dogs so on arrival there was a smell of dog coming from furniture. 6 berth we found quite small as there wasn’t a lot of storage and due to the bad weather we ended up with lots of shoes in the door way. Overall a nice caravan to stay in with a dog.

Lodge was spacious and on the whole very clean, just a couple of dusty areas behind bathroom doors which were missed. Having towels provided was a pleasant surprise as I thought just bed stuff included. Great to have full size fridge and a washing machine. Location of lodge by lake was lovely. Only downside was not being able to park beside and the paths and ramp to the lodges were extremely slippery and the grass was like a boggy muddy mess!

I was very worried about coming after I heard so many bad reviews but we could not fault our lodge. It was comfortable clean and lots of space. Some attention required to certain aspects of cleaning by the staff.

We had to clean caravan when we arrived, the sofa was badly stained along with the carpet, bed sheets were stained we complained but they weren’t changed, we have been going to whiteacres for around 20 years and it was the worst caravan we have ever stayed in

We stayed for a week recently. The caravan was comfortable and clean . The on site facilities were good, although mini golf and soft play were closed which was disappointing. Children's evening entertainment excellent G

Lovely site only complaint is the sessions for swimming pool.

Had a fantastic time weather was unreal. wish there was an outdoor pool but overall very good. staff were very friendly xxx

We complained as we had a bad leak in the bathroom Someone came out but it was not fixed and kept happening
