The caravan we were allocated was a good size for us and there were nice touches such as toiletries. However. On approach to the van, the balcony structure outside was very old and weather worn and looked very sad and tired with the gate almost hanging off, the van next door also looked very old and in need of attention. There was stagnant water under the balcony. Inside there were many issues. Light fittings with no covers on, missing bulbs, badly stained furniture. Although it says beds are made up for you, they were not made up and when we opened the packet of bedding to make the bed, the linen inside was ripped and very stained so we just used our own bedding. Wall panels were loose and actually not attached around the window. Little other things like the loo seat not being cleaned around the back, the loo seat very loose and dangerous, leaking toilet, big cobwebs just made for a real disappointment on top of not being where he hoped to have been allocated. There is no wifi either down in the village site.This van really needed some tlc and someone to just go around it with an eye for upkeep and detail. While the bed was really comfy, the stale stained sofa could do with a deep clean now and again and the fittings checked.

Caravan totally different too the picture caravan was freezing won't b booking with you again

Pleased with the caravan. Just the right size for the two of us. Lovely and clean.

Lovely holiday nothing to complain about.On arrival the receptionist was new but she was outstanding. The caravan was spotless even a bowl and bed for our dog. Can't wait to come back.

unfortunately water boiler packed in only there 3 days so never reported until leaving however very helpful staff and if i had reported it they would of seen to it immediately as i was assured

A wonderful quiet site

Beautiful quiet clean site, lovely caravan, helpful friendly staff.

We had a wonderful fortnight. The caravan was exceptionally clean and well-kept. I have rated facilities at 8 rather than 10 because there is a shelf in the indoor swimming pool, which is marked by a black line, but with no indication that there is a sharp drop rather than a slope. My wife fell off it, hurting her leg and arm. Otherwise, everything was excellent.

Didn't use facilities, no reflection on the park, bar manager in particular very friendly and accommodating and welcoming. We will come back.
