New, bright, clean lodge. Smaller than you might expect. Generally, fairly well equipped. A bath mat/towel and access to a hairdryer which could be borrowed would have been useful. Good lodge for a small family with children. As older people, we didn’t find the upstairs sleeping arrangement easy as the stairs are steep, but there is an option to convert the dining area to a double bed downstairs. Good situation for exploring Inverness, which is a great city to explore. Also very handy for Inverness botanical gardens, and walks along the canal which are nearby.
