Before we even arrived, I received the most pleasent email from the welcoming team, I don’t think I have ever had such a warm welcome. They greeted me on the day with a pint of fresh milk and we went though there very well thought out brochure with handy QR codes. (They came in handy too). 10/10 for friendliness. The site is well kept and looks amazing and modern. Our caravan was super clean and we had everything that was needed. If we are ever back in this area we would more than happily return.

Trelay holiday park is lovely , staff are very friendly and received a call few days before arrival which was a nice touch. Lodge was spotless and had everything needed for our stay. The park is very quiet which is just what we wanted and close to lots of places to visit would definately book again

The Hideaway Retreat was in an immaculate condition. We had fresh bedding and towels. All the cutlery and crockery is provided. Was quite surprised how clean the lodge was considering its dog friendly. Can clearly tell they are well looked after and thoroughly cleaned

Nice, clean caravan. Well equipped. We didn't have a pet but you wouldn't have known there had been pets in previously. Plenty of room for 4 people. The price seems to be the going rate for the area and time of year.
