Clean and well equipped

The caravan was clean and well equipped and generally in good condition although the radiator in the shower room showed areas of rust. The main bedroom was ample with an en-suite. The double bed was comfortable but extremely’bouncy’!

Lovely home from home caravan. Very clean. Park was in a lovely setting. Dog allowed inside the club. Staff helpful and friendly. Meals served hot and fresh. Handy to visit different locations

All very clean and tidy We did have to bang the thermostat to get the central heating to work

Spot on - everything we needed.

Caravan was clean and spacious and perfect for 6 people. 3 bedrooms meant everybody had privacy and no body sleeping in living room.Kitchen area easy to navigate and had everything needed for a self catering holiday. Even included a dishwasher.

Double bed poor a springy. Dishwasher wasn't level and struggle to shut

Great caravan very clean. Not right location for us had to drive to get anywhere. It's a lovely park if you have children.

Can’t complain. Would have liked some outside space for the price. Deck or patio. Dishwasher was a great plus.

A clean ground floor apartment, however to qualify as gold, I thought that it lacked a few necessities, like a toaster that a normal slice would fit, placemats for the table and coffee table and bedside lights. Apart from these it is a comfortable place to stay

The caravan was nice but not luxury.

Since we asked for a gold ground floor apartment and this was not passed on. We had a silver. I am assured we will receive a refund.

Happy with van

Apartment was comfortable but the shower leaked in the bathroom and we always had a big puddle on the floor. A bath mat would have been good as the floor was slippery.

Please be aware that Platinum does not mean better, it just means a newer caravan. This was a surprise to us as the site does not state it. The caravan was good but we had to ask reception what platinum meant as it was a pretty basic caravan.

Ok caravan on an ok site. The site is on a steep hill. It is kept clean & tidy. Not too far by car into Looe. Nearest supermarket is in Liskeard. Plenty around to see & do.

Perfect everything what you need

A lovely 4 night break. The only slight grumble was that the staff who were facilitating the ‘sand art’ were more interested in chatting than interacting with my Grandaughter. Also the duvet covers were twice the size of the duvets.

Beautiful holiday. It is our 5th time at trelawn manor

Facilities are well maintained. We had a very clean caravan. The pool is clean too. The swim guard was really helpful and friendly. The receptionist needs to improve. I know it's tiring, but at least be a little bit friendly. The activity available is moderate. Not superb but enough to entertain my 2 toddlers.

Very helpful staff on desk clean site would recommend it to my friends didn't use the restaurant. On site but was told food wasn't to good

Very surprised, been to other holiday parks in the uk before and this is by far the best, we stayed in apartment 328 which was lovely and no pets allowed so it was clean and smelt clean, definitely go again

great holiday park,staff helpful, food was good and all reasonably priced, possibly keep the pool room open longer for teens at night as more catered to young children at night, overall a great week!!

Had a great week with family. Overall holiday park and facilities were brilliant, a little dated in places but couldn't fault anything. Stayed in a Falmouth 3 bed and it was spotless and plenty of room for us to have has a base. Would definitely go again if at the right price (we got a great deal ?).
