Caravan was modern & spotlessly clean. Would have preferred a dishwasher to the washing machine ????

Sofa cushions not very comfortable.

Beautiful holiday home with visiting birds large and small especially loved the inquisitive peacocks

It was nice and clean. Very spacious and we’ve been left with a lot of items to use like enough bin bags and the welcome tea and coffee was enough for us for the duration of our stay.

Perfect place to sit back and relax. The on-site bar and restaurant is a must, ( I would recommend the Beef Stroganoff.) Staff are very helpful, friendly and professional.

As described before, Savanna was fine for a few days, but we wouldn't want to spend too long there as it was too small for three adults.

Comfortable with everything you need

The caravan was just perfect, spotless and had everything we needed. We stayed in the same one the year before and will definitely be returning.

Amazing location , extremely helpful staff The savanna was toasty warm ,seen as we stayed there over the Christmas period. There were chickens , pheasants and ducks that roamed around freely I would feed them on a morning it was lovely The on-site restaurant was an added bonus we would eat there every night , the food was delicious Tocketts Mill is an idyllic site it is so close to a village ( Guisbrough ) yet feels like it is in the countryside, it’s ideally situated for long walks , it has a stream for a little bit of child fishing , I can’t praise this site enough . Love love loved it I would definitely recommend Tocketts Mill to anyone and everyone I am 86 years old and my wife is 85 young in mind and spirit, we wanted a change of scenery over Christmas our family all came to visit us there was plenty of room the great grandchildren did a bit of fishing didn’t catch anything put it kept them entertained . We are going back in the summer my family are booking too it will be fun

Lovely and clean everything we needed and more very comfortable

Lovely caravan and appeared to have all the usual home from home requirements well covered in every room. Kitchen, Lounge, Bathroom, Bedrooms and Veranda

My only suggestion is that the mattress in the main bedroom in caravan T4 be changed as springs are very painful dye to wear of mattress!
