A smart tv to access Netflix would have been ideal.

Definitely an escape from a busy life

We accidentally booked a pet friendly with no pets. We would change this next time. Still very clean!

A stunning lodge with a fantastic view of the countryside, you even see Snowden on a clear day.The steps up to the lodge are not too steep and shouldn't put you off. The peace and quiet and view are worth the climb.Well equipped and easily big enough for 4. We had everything we needed to make our stay thoroughly enjoyable.

Cabin had everything we needed and more great place to stay

The caravan was surface clean.The furnishings were tired and in need of refurbishment. The mattresses on the beds were very squished again could do with replacing. Plenty of crockery and cutlery. Small microwave and lockable fridge.

A few fixtures and fittings need addressing ie blinds that don't work, loose toilet roll holder in bathroom. Nothing major didn't spoil the holiday experience.

It was ok had to drive a good bit to see other places but overall ok and the site was average nothing much to do for children

We all enjoyed our stay, kids enjoyed the hot tub. Great location.

Stay on a 4 night stay in a dul us accommodation was very roomy and nice for the price we paid. Only thing I would say is that there is not much space between each caravan for parking

Thoroughly enjoyed would definitely recommend staying here, really good location, but lovely caravan park, nice friendly staff.

The holiday park is excellent for couples, or friends/families, that want to switch off & to escape from everything. The spa is nice but the sauna & steam room weren’t working during our visit. The restaurant looked very nice but had a limited menu so we didn’t eat there.There is a woodland park that is very nice & very well maintained. I have stayed at a lot of holiday parks & this has been the most maintained of all of them.All the staff were very helpful.The caravan was very small & the design of it was terrible. The layout was in a Z shape which wasn’t practical. It wasn’t as clean as I would have liked. There were nice touches for the dogs.There is nothing at all to do locally & you have to get back in the car if you want to go anywhere. There is a coastal walk when you get back on the main road. You can walk to Rhos on Sea.Above anything else, I wouldn’t return because the lane leading up to the park is hazardous & I was anxious every time that I was on it. I beeped my horn all the way to alert drivers that I was coming. You can’t see what is coming & it is a single lane with many bends. If a car was coming in the opposite direction it would result in a very bad crash, I felt that I was risking my life.

Lack of facilities on site and near by let's this place down

A lovely setting, beautiful views. Clean and comfortable accommodation..A little shop for basics would be good, toilet rolls( not supplied), milk, tea etc .Great value for money. Good base for visiting North Wales .

Cliff top Lodge was perfect. At the top of the site, So secluded. The hot tub was tucked in nicely to appreciate the views of the countryside. Tables & chairs on the decking were a blessing for sunbathing! We were very lucky with the weather during our stay so we're able to have the main doors open. You can see the lodge next to you if you are stood in the kitchen. Other than that, you can't see anything! It was pure bliss! The homely touches such as ornaments, throw, air freshers etc were lovely & really made this place feel like home. Kitchen was great, even included a washer which I thought would have been great if we were staying longer. I didn't think the fridge got particularly cool though so would be conscious if staying for longer..

Disgrace that you have to pay extra for Wi-Fi, especially when your paying top price to stay in the first place

Lovely caravan with everything you need. I would have preferred a decking area rather than a patio but that's personal preference and I would know to ask next time.

The lodge was equipt with everything you need including welcome essential items.

Awful. Unclean and shoddy. Hottub was not clean

The double bed was awful. No drawers in the bedrooms, just 2 tiny wardrobes.Seating area in the lounge wasn't very comfortable.The caravan was lovely and warm and had a well equipped kitchen. Could of done with a smart TV to be able to watch Netflix or something.Hot tub was lovely.

Good site, would be 10/10 if there was an on-site shop.

Very peaceful and well maintained. Staff very helpful but not at all intrusive. Accommodation was immaculate. Definitely a ‘get away from it all’ experience and would return.

Everything just fine ?

A fantastic base for the North Wales, we had a brilliant time. A week was not long enough it flew past.

The staff at Tan Rallt couldn’t do enough to help you, from the friendly receptionist and bar/restaurant staff, to the guys coming round everyday to check on the Hot tub. Spotlessly clean caravan and site, with everything we needed, set in the most wonderful area to stay in. The family loved their stay.

Fabulous views to wake up to every day. Loved the hot tub. Really friendly and helpful staff, as it's small it seems more personal. Would definitely visit again.

Tan Rally holiday park excellent location with beautiful views. Lovely new caravan very comfortable, do need car to get from A to B. Staff approachable very helpful.. I would stay again peaceful, clean site. I would of of given overall 10 if being informed on the courtesy call day before that restaurant wasn't open from Tuesday to Thursday. I would of like to see available if need safety shower mat with having two persons with me that was disabled.
