Very good accommodation, well equipped, not many tv channels though

Comfortable and clean lodge, equipped with everything we needed. Hot tub was a lovely bonus.

Everything you could need, great kitchen, super comfortable beds, blissful shower, fabulous hot tub and stunning views.

Brilliant stay at Swanborough Lodges. The communication prior to our stay was really great, Cathy and the team were fab, and the kind gifts left for us were top notch.I would definitely stay there again!

We had a fantastic time during our visit! The lodge was absolutely stunning and stocked with all the essentials. Cathy from the staff was so attentive and friendly. The hot tub was a real highlight, making everything feel extra special. Definitely a place we’d come back to!

The sofa wasn't the most comfyand there was barely any room to stretch, but overall, everything else was spot on!

Really wish we could’ve stayed longer, but pandemic cut our visit short. Everything was lovely!

The place was lovely overall, just a bit frustrating with the shower thermostats being a bit temperamental. I’m sure the team will sort it out before the next guests. Would still recommend!

Really worth it

Honestly, we had such a great time staying here. From the moment we pulled up, it felt like home-super cosy and welcoming. The lodge was immaculate and tastefully decorated, making it a real treat to settle in. Every little detail was covered, from the lovely Rituals toiletries to the extra extension lead in case you need it. The beds were super comfyand the towels were plentiful. The hot tub was a real highlight-amazing views over the Sussex Downs, it was just perfect. We even found party poppers left for us on New Year’s Day morning, such a sweet touch! The only thing we didn’t want was to leave. Honestly, best holiday accommodation we’ve ever stayed in. Can’t recommend Swanborough Lakes enough-worth every penny!

We had an amazing time at Swanborough Lakes Lodges! The setting is stunningand the design really makes you feel at home while staying private. It’s the perfect escapeand we can't wait to come back!

Me, my partner and our dog came here for a little break last week and we couldn’t fault it. The lodges are so clean, have everything you could need and are gorgeous! The views are amazing, we done some lovely walks too. We were super happy with our stay, staff were very friendly and welcoming. We all had the holiday blues when we got home, including the dog. It was such a peaceful stay, we can’t wait to come back!

Great caring staff, clean and comfortable lodge with everything we needed including towels and robes for hot tub use. Beautiful peaceful location within 30 -45 minutes lovely walk to Lewes centre. Lots of different walks and footpaths to explore. Patio with hot tub. Stars to look at at night. We had a fantastic holiday, loved every minute. Thanks to the team at Swanborough!

The lodge was outstanding, so relaxing. Nearly everything you need was considered. The cakes and extras were great

Beautiful tranquil location. The lodge (8) was in a great location overlooking the lake. Love that there is so much space and only 12 lodges on site. Friendly staff who called to check we'd settled in OK, and wonderful idea to have a treat box in fridge waiting for us. Thank you for a wonderful break.

Excellent Lodge in a peaceful tranquil setting, nice easy walk across the fields to Lewes which is a lovely village. Plenty of restaurants, cafés and pubs, along with independent shops etc… Great base to explore East Sussex.

Lovely stay. Lodge fully equipped with lots of extras. Great welcome pack. A car charging point would be an asset

We would highly recommend Swanborough lakes, we normally don't spend much time in our accommodation but the lodge is so lovely that we spent a whole day just in the lodge. It is pricier than other lodges, but we thought it was worth it; with its beautiful surroundings and high end finishes. We will be back.

Roomy and classy lodge which was very private, up-to-date and attractive. Great to have the hot tub to descend into after long walks, all ready to go. Think this place would be hard to beat and would definitely return and recommend to others.

Beautiful setting with peace and quiet as the main agenda. The lodges are a very high specification, clean and well equipped. The staff cannot do enough for you. Welcome pack and ability to order more food packs took the stress out of shopping away. Information provided about surrounding areas and access was helpful when we wanted to get out and about.

Very relaxing with minimal staff intervention which was appreciated, high standard of lodge, peaceful and quite. easy access to surrounding area, pleasant 30 min traffic free walk into Lewes. Considering to go again next year.
