Very good accommodation, well equipped, not many tv channels though

Comfortable and clean lodge, equipped with everything we needed. Hot tub was a lovely bonus.

Everything you could need, great kitchen, super comfortable beds, blissful shower, fabulous hot tub and stunning views.

Brilliant stay at Swanborough Lodges. The communication prior to our stay was really great, Cathy and the team were fab, and the kind gifts left for us were top notch.I would definitely stay there again!

It was a fabulous lodge, with everything you could want and more ! Hot tub was great !

The beds and pillows were the best we have had ,the bathrobes and towels were excellent

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The staff were extremely helpful, in specific Cathy. The lodge was beautiful and had everything we needed, the hot tub was so lovely and made our stay feel even ore luxurious. We would 100% recommend this place for a holiday!

The sofa was not so comfy, with very little space to stretch out, however everything else was spot on!

Gt stay shame couldn't stay longer but due to Pamdemic had shorter stay but everything great

Everything was great except for the temperamental thermostats on the showers, which the efficient team will fix before next guests I am sure. Otherwise this would have been 10/10/10!

Had a wonderful week in the lodges with 3 other friends. Very relaxed and private. Enjoyed every minute, was worth the long drive.

Wow! What a wonderful place to stay. From the minute we arrived at our lodge for the week, we were blissfully happy., warm and cosy. The lodge was spotless, beautifully furnished and so peaceful. Every little detail has been thought about, from the welcome back and gorgeous Rituals toiletries to the extension lead (should you need one), new cleaning products, dressing gowns, plentiful towels and fabulously firm beds. The hot tub was fantastic and looked out across a panoramic view of the Sussex Downs. Spectacular! Party poppers were even left for us on New Years Eve morning. What a lovely touch. My only disappointment was leaving to go home! Best holiday accommodation I've ever stayed in. Couldn't recommend Swanborough Lakes more. Worth every penny.

Me, my partner and our dog came here for a little break last week and we couldn’t fault it. The lodges are so clean, have everything you could need and are gorgeous! The views are amazing, we done some lovely walks too. We were super happy with our stay, staff were very friendly and welcoming. We all had the holiday blues when we got home, including the dog. It was such a peaceful stay, we can’t wait to come back!

Great caring staff, clean and comfortable lodge with everything we needed including towels and robes for hot tub use. Beautiful peaceful location within 30 -45 minutes lovely walk to Lewes centre. Lots of different walks and footpaths to explore. Patio with hot tub. Stars to look at at night. We had a fantastic holiday, loved every minute. Thanks to the team at Swanborough!

Beautiful tranquil location. The lodge (8) was in a great location overlooking the lake. Love that there is so much space and only 12 lodges on site. Friendly staff who called to check we'd settled in OK, and wonderful idea to have a treat box in fridge waiting for us. Thank you for a wonderful break.

Excellent Lodge in a peaceful tranquil setting, nice easy walk across the fields to Lewes which is a lovely village. Plenty of restaurants, cafés and pubs, along with independent shops etc… Great base to explore East Sussex.

Lovely stay. Lodge fully equipped with lots of extras. Great welcome pack. A car charging point would be an asset

We would highly recommend Swanborough lakes, we normally don't spend much time in our accommodation but the lodge is so lovely that we spent a whole day just in the lodge. It is pricier than other lodges, but we thought it was worth it; with its beautiful surroundings and high end finishes. We will be back.

Roomy and classy lodge which was very private, up-to-date and attractive. Great to have the hot tub to descend into after long walks, all ready to go. Think this place would be hard to beat and would definitely return and recommend to others.

Beautiful setting with peace and quiet as the main agenda. The lodges are a very high specification, clean and well equipped. The staff cannot do enough for you. Welcome pack and ability to order more food packs took the stress out of shopping away. Information provided about surrounding areas and access was helpful when we wanted to get out and about.

Very relaxing with minimal staff intervention which was appreciated, high standard of lodge, peaceful and quite. easy access to surrounding area, pleasant 30 min traffic free walk into Lewes. Considering to go again next year.
