Everything in the lodge was in good condition, plenty of space (we are 2 adults with 3 children) washing machine also in lodge which was really handy for us with using the swimming pool and hot tub a lot. Plenty of comfortable seating, with a table that had space for all of us to sit to eat. Beds were very comfortable, bedding was really clean and comfortable and plenty of it for all 5 of us

We stayed over Christmas and we had a fair price for the cabin. Clean, well positioned and hot tub was a welcome bonus.

Couldn’t recommend this site highly enough. Extremely clean and tidy stay. Staff very helpful. Maybe an outside swimming pool for the summer ?????

Worst caravan we have stayed in. Dirty glasses on arrival and smell throughout of old socks and located right next to sewage treatment plant so you had that smell and noise if you opened windows

First stay in the Wadebridge 2 & found it to be very spacious, with everything needed.

Beautiful place, great surroundings. Loads to do outside, very beautiful beach am sure it’s more beautiful during the summer with blue waters. We had an amazing time with family for Christmas. Will deff go back

The caravans and hot tubs are now showing their age. Some functions of hot tub wasn’t working and the area around it was not the best condition.I stayed here the first year it was open and have returned on a regular basis so can see the difference.Staff onsite as always are brilliant and the bar and facilities are great.It’s the wear and tear on the units that are starting let it down. I don’t think I will ever stay in a premier again as the hot tub isn’t worth the extra cost especially when you are let down by functionality

Wonderful 7 day stay. Caravan excellent, in good condition & very clean. Dishwasher a real bonus & was equipped with enough kitchen equipment to cook a full Christmas dinner.Very dog friendly. We cannot wait to return in 2025.

Great lodge and good cooking facilities

We stayed many times before at Piran Meadows Resort, but it was our first time in the Truro Premier Lodge. Can’t believe how spacious it was. Two double bedrooms with on suites, a twin room and a main bathroom with a bath tub and shower over. The twin beds were the biggest I have seen in a static caravan or lodge. The kitchen was fully equipped and of course everything perfectly clean and tidy.Needless to say how much we loved the hot tub.

We have not bought a Caravan it was just a mini break in a different location

Lovely size caravan, well laid out and stocked with all the essentials plus more. The hot tub is huge! Very comfortable beds, excellent heating made it very cosy. Felt very spacious, especially with the central dining table which isn't cramped like most caravans. Has a tray on the veranda for disposable bbq's which is a nice touch. Fully enclosed veranda too which is great for giving dogs some freedom.

Wadebridge premier 3To say I was disappointed is an understatement. The holiday home we had was nowhere near as nice as was shown on the website. We have stayed at Piran meadows before and their basic holiday homes were good for the price, so we decided on an upgrade. This is not premium. Everything is starting to look very tired, with the curtain missing at the front door and the furniture being past its best. Even the hot tub is showing signs of wear with loose jet covers and faulty lights. Also there were no luxuries - no shampoo or shower gel, no coffee, sugar or tea bags, not even robes for the hot tub which we have had on different sites. It would have been lovely to have a few tablets for the dishwasher, but nothing was provided, so we didn’t bother to use it. The only things provided were two towels each, two hand towels, two small soaps, two toilet rolls and a shower mat and a small bottle of washing up liquid with a scourer, tea towel and oven gloves. My husband could not even charge his shaver as there was no shaving point. However on this issue the staff at reception were very helpful and found me a shaving adapter, which we returned for others use. I think there needs to be another shower mat available for the door when you come inside from the hot tub so you don’t get the carpet wet - we ended up using the one from the shower room, but it was white so got quite dirty. It was nice to have two toilets, but in previous holiday homes of this calibre on other sites, we have had one en-suite and a proper bathroom with a bath so this is sorely lacking for six people - not even an en-suite. The shower was good and central heating adequate. The double doors to the living area from the decking did not fit very well and neither did the entrance door and we had a storm while we here, and wind was blowing through both, but at least the extra fire in the living room maintained some heat.The positives are the tvs are very good - one in the bedroom and one in the lounge and the free WiFi streamed my Apple TV well. The staff we encountered at reception were all very helpful and friendly. It is also lovely having a heated swimming pool, (shower gel, shampoo and conditioner is provided here, but you do need a pound coin for the lockers), also there is a gym, steam room and sauna on site and provided you are aware of the times the pool is being used by outside agencies and go active sessions you can get in a good swim and steam and sauna session. This area of Cornwall is beautiful to visit and the site is very tastefully organised with beautiful views over the hills. Our holiday home was at the end of the row, so it was very private, which I liked.

Wonderful stay. Very clean and has a washing machine so you can wash all your swim wear for the hot tub. Even with Storm Bert we enjoyed the hot tub.

Clean well maintained caravan

Lovely hot tub but the accommodation was bit grubby in en-suite bathroom and stank of cigarettes so we didn’t use, tap in kitchen very wobbly but apart from that was fine

Brilliant all round clean and spacious perfect for a weekend away

Some drawers in the bedrooms would be a good idea.

Poorly maintained and no care taken with cleaning or preparation.

As we stayed in the same accommodation we did notice some signs of wear and tear, to some extent this is to be expected. Hopefully, over the closed season some items could be attended to, but on our arrival it was clean and presentable.

The site was easy to get too, location was very central, Staff are friendly and helpful and have good local knowledge. The facilities are clean and accessable and there is a good range of activities on the timetable

Lovely place to stay, caravan was lovely and clean would give 10/10 to stay in, staff was lovely and polite and would help you if needed. The only thing I would suggest is to have more play areas for children like swings slides ect as there was not much activity for young ones to entertain outside. Always pre book the restaurant as we got turned away because we didn’t book a table and they told us we had to get the takeaway option and go back to the caravan to eat it. They wouldn’t let us eat it at the table we were sat on. Although it’s a family resort the bar called last orders most days at 21.30. So maybe extend it.

Great holiday resort lovely accommodation very clean! Only disappointment was the restaurant very restricted opening times!

Brilliant holiday park. Lots of things for kids to do, they loved everything about it. The caravans were superb, clean, plenty of room and lovely site.

The lodge was beautiful and in a fantastic location. The staff were amazingly helpful and so kind and polite. The reception and main centre was wonderful with a lovely pool and spa, fantastic restaurant with good quality food at a very reasonable price, lovely outdoor space to sit and enjoy the sunny weather. I would recommend this resort to everyone.

Great location for what we needed to explore Cornwall and it's beautiful beaches. Very happy with our stay.

Fantastic place, lovely staff and beautiful surroundings. Location was lovely and quiet. Facilities were great and goactive activites were brilliant and very well organised. Accommodation was modern and very clean. Would 100% come back next year.

Fantastic time at piran meadows, clean van, towels and baths miniatures plus washing up and tea packages which was a very unexpected welcome touch. Early check in phone call from staff member once van had been cleaned so an absolute bonus. Staff helpful, professional and when we had a problem with our fridge they sent someone to look at straight away to fix it. Facilities clean and very well laid out. Kids loved the Astro/pool/splash pool, pool tables. Only gripe was availability of the bar/food being open for longer in peak times but overall a fantastic stay central to everything. Would highly recommend.

We stayed in a Wadebridge 2 carvan and it exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, size and facilities. Little extras such as washing up items, shower items etc.. were a lovely touch. Park was in a great location and I was able to easily access local beaches and towns by car. Staff were really friendly and helpful and always had a smile on their face. Pool was basic but great on rainy days and being able to use the sauna / steam room was great. The site is quieter than others but that is what I was looking for on this particular holiday so a thumbs up from us. We had a lovely week.
