This was out first summer holiday in the UK as we usually go to Spain but I have to say this was juts as enjoyable. The kids loved it as there was so much for them to do and my husband and I enjoyed the woodland walks. Our Gold Chalet was big enough for the 4 of us and was spotlessly clean. The children have asked us to book again for next year.

This site is perfect for familys. We have been to holiday parks all over UK and this is one of our favourites. The location is superb ner the beaches. Our children loved the indoor pool and kids club and the accommodation is clean and well maintained. The mini market onsite is quite good value too so we will take less with us next year.

We decided not to have a holiday this year but at the last minute changed our minds and went to Cornwall. We booked St Ives online at the last minute and saved money on the normal prices from what I can see. Very good caravan park with top notch activities. Location perfect. The silver standard chalet we stayed in was clean and well equipped. We ate out a few times and also cooked in our chalet some nights. A great value holiday all in all. Also must mention the entertainment which we thought was great quality.

Clean and comfortable accommodation with everything you could possibly need. Great on site facilities. Restaurant easy to book and food was good. We didnt watch the evening entertainment as we went out but seemed busy and like people were enjoying themselves as we passed by. Staff friendly and helpful. Good value family fun, would definately return.

The site it self is nice but the rest I can't say the same. Dusty caravan, heating not working properly, the boiler sounded like it wanted to blow up every 5 minutes. Kids entertainment was a joke and swimming pool. Half of the arcade machines not functioning or would eat your coins. Food was horrendous, staff not very helpful. Overall I would not stay here again.

Sofas were awful

Lodge could do with a mop or a squeegey type mop to clear the decking during wet weather as it gets quite slippery. An airer would be a good addition to the lodge.

Lovely accommodation, not cheap but lovely. Hot Tub was worth the extra.

Disappointed, we go every year but this year we had a new lodge. It's small, bad layout, no space for food as it's supposed to be self catering. No wardrobe space. There was only me and my partner and it felt crampped yet it's supposed to be a 6-8 berth lodge.

Not a very good holiday as I have already explained

There was not a lot of storage space in the bungalow for our belongings. The chairs did not fit under the table between the chair legs so the chairs took up a lot of space in a small are. Would have preferred a wardrobe in my bedroom rather than open storage unit. We had no bench set outside our accommodation. We were the only unit without one. Reported it on arrival but nothing was done about it.

Could have more utensils in the kitchen eg a cheese grater.The 2 en-suites were excellent.

The bungalow we have rented smelled of mildew and indeed we found some unclean spaces that haven't been deep cleaned in long time. Disgusting. Outdated, dirty bathroom (which wasn't shown in the picture gallery when I was booking the bungalow, surprise, surprise). The location was good, surrounded with massive trees, not far away from a woodland walk and reception. I don't understand why, after 11 exhausting hours of driving in traffic, we had to make our own bed? The mattress and duvet were stained. Bleh. I didn’t relax as I thought I would, thanks to the state of the bungalow but at least the scenery of beautiful and sunny Cornwall made up for it (not entirely, but oh well..)

lovely site with everything we needed, a nice warm pool with a great atmosphere, music playing, floats out and a slide too!There is a park by the pool, but there is also one hidden in the forest which was a nice find.It's in a really good location to get to and from St Ives/Penzance, with a bus stop on site. We found going on the train easy too and the station is only 5mins away.The rafters restaurant served great food and couldn't fault the service.All staff wherever you went were so friendly and helpful, especially the man in the shop, the bar staff, pool staff. Cristina and the office ladies were great too, and seemed to solve small issues raised by others really well!My biggest shout out was the entertainment team, its something we all look forward to when coming away, and they really went above and beyond, I was really surprised how many activities they had to offer, day and night. All four stripeys were great, and they all worked well together, and could just adapt to any situation. Heather really runs it all so smoothy with Dane, Kelsey and Neeve, they all made the holiday for us! We will be back in June and cannot wait ????

Spacious, clean cabin. Fantastic hot tub. Lovely location. Price was about right for July.

Great lodge, with lots of space. Nice furniture and fittings, liked how the bedrooms had dressing table areas and lots of storage space.Was a bonus having a utility room with washing machine!

Good holiday could do with more amenities like a coffee/tea shop as I could not get a drink mid morning. More childrens outdoor things to do .we found a little park in the woods could do with a slide and swings. But it was a lovely clean park caravan superb

Beautiful site. We had Diamond lodge with hotub. It was immaculate and realy lovely top class. Lovely welcome pack as well.
