Home from home , pet friendly too . Lots of room to move around in . Sleeps 6 people, lovely surroundings.

Reasonable rates, very clean and well fitted out with everything needed - even towels.

A lovely holiday home with everything you need. It was a really comfortable place to sleep and chill out.A great pub just a few minutes down the road and a good base to explore from.I will come again.

Caravan was in excellent condition with outside seating on decking.

Very large spacious accommodation with lots of storage space.Overall cleaning lacked attention to detail. Some window catches needed maintainance. Big kitchen area but only equipped with the absolute basics of equipment. Lacked a chopping board, no bowls for kitchen use.Fridge had shelf missing which made storage difficult. Shower had a leak either side which needed resealing. Also shower and bath drain very slow to clear(was reported).Hot tub was excellent, well maintained by staff who were very pleasant.The above did not detract from having a lovely holiday, but when booking a luxury lodge, you expect things to be a certain standard.

Lovely lodge. Both showers had good pressure . Only slight buggies..the outside furniture needed a clean and the oven took forever to cook anythingEverything else was perfect

Caravan was excellent, loved that my room had an en-suite, as well as a main bathroom, two loos is always nice and I wasn't expecting that in a 4 berth caravan so good surprise. Had everything we needed, plenty of space in kitchen and comfy sofa. Great to have table and chairs on private veranda too.

First rate caravan, very comfortable. rained a few days but it was nice just sit and read a book in the caravan and enjoy the peace and quiet

Hot tub did not work during my stay, which was the main point of booking the holiday

Caravan was perfect, very well equipped and in excellent condition. Great with the decking for the dog.

Hot tub was missing bar in the middle which meant two of us had to pick the cover off, it would be too heavy for one person to have done alone. The door was unable to be kept open as the latch was behind the fence, which meant it couldn’t reach. Floor in the kitchen and in shower was uneven. The shower was a little dangerous at times and we both nearly fell, could be worse for others. Instructions could be left of how to work the fire as we were unable to operate it without the TV being on, which was a little odd. The Wi-Fi was also not very good, we didn’t mind this as it meant we could get a proper break from reality. It was, however, difficult when there was no service either when you did need to do something.

Booked a luxury lodge, though lovely it was very tired looking. Stains on sofas, tiles lifting in the kitchen area. Needed a good dusting as lots of cobwebs in bathrooms etc. Just to note that you are probably aware of the rodent issues, not nice seeing them running around from one lodge to another :( Staff were very helpful.
