This was our second holiday to the park and I was a bit worried that returning would be a disapointment, but we had a perfect time again! It an excellent value family site. We love the swimming pool and the children's entertainment in the evenings. We stayed in the apartments which are clean and well equiped. We hope to return soon!

Stanwix is an excellent independent holiday park. Lots of entertainment, great facilities. The kids park could do with an upgrade, but otherwise everything is lovely and well maintained.

Good 1/2 term break

Excellent caravan, ensuite a little small compared with other caravans I've been in.Cooker would benefit from an extra shelf.

Great holiday nice and relaxing

Caravan was spotless. I worry when we go for let friendly. Our wee dog is hypoallergenic but I always worry the van may smell as if a digs been there or hairs on furniture. It was spotless. Had to make own beds up but that was fine as linen provided.

FeelLike the platinum caravans are a little dated and could come with decking

The caravan was a little tired, however excellent value.

For a Platinum caravan I would prefer a dining table and chairs to a bench and table!

Some minor scuffs in places , the pull out beds not very comfortable to sleep on but wasn’t a problem for the week

The caravan was great, very clean and had everything you needed. Added bonus was the free WiFi.We did have an issue with the boiler but was sorted within ten mins of reporting.I would say the only downside was that the bathroom was a bit on the small side..but most caravans are like this tbh.Wouldn't stop us returning.

Very poor accommodation entertainment average for 7 year olds

Not enough food options, expensive for the amount of entertainment on offer.Lovely and clean.After cafe closes there should be other food options.

Had a fabulous time. The entertainment was very good and varied. The swimming facilities were enjoyable and the restaurant excellent

WiFi wasn't working for two days

A enjoyable 3 days, quite a few restrictions due to covid but we still had a great time.
I've scored restaurant 6's but we didn't actually use it.
Impressive indoor pool and spa area.
The town centre looked very nice but we only drove through.

We had a great stay, fantastic that the pool was open all day and we could fit this in around other activities.

Four dayswent by way too quick would definitely go again for longer period

The facilities at Stanwix are excellent backed up by great customer service.

Great fun had by all and great value for money. Apartments were clean, warm and comfortable.

Lovely weekend away with the kids

Brilliant for families with children of all ages. We had 3 teenagers and a younger child. Everyone was happy.

We were in a bronze caravan - it had everything we needed and was clean. As it was freezing outside we were happy the caravan had a good heating system!

We had a week on this park and had such a fantastic time. This is the best holiday park we've stayed on and this was our third visit. I'd highly recommend it to others. ?

This is the 3rd time my me my husband & 2dogs have gone to Stanwix Park.. my son is autistic & it's so nice that he is comfortable.. the staff wear amazing, This park has a outside pool, inside pool, bowling.. gd family fun. The park is 5min from the water & great for walking the dogs.. I would highly recommend.. take away & food not great!! My only complaint.

We have booked for next year so that says it all

Amazing loved it there, will go back again!

Staff were brilliant. Apartment was lovely and hopefully we will be back again. Site was very clean. We did not like how the bingo is at the children's entertainment but this seems to be the norm I do not come on holiday to spend a lot of my night being quiet while people play bingo. So we did not spend much time at entertainment.

Lovely place. Caravan clean, staff very helpful, entertainment good. Great value for money and no site wasn’t overly expensive like other holiday parks can be. Would recommend.

Brilliant holiday for my family. Took our 4 month old baby & two older boys. They all loved it. Facilities are fantastic and entertainment was great. Caravan spotless on arrival, only thing I'd recommend to the caravan park would be to provide a tea towel or oven glove for use of the oven. Overall, great holiday and we will be back.
