Got more than I thought dishwasher two bed with en-suite very clean great caravan quiet perfect for us

Needed deeper cleaning for black mold and rust which was evident from overwintering. The general level of cleanliness was okay apart from this. The electric fire in lounge didn't have a control so unable to use untill a staff member came out the next day to show me some very hidden buttons.

The chalet was clean,and tidy with all we needed for our week stay and to be able to cook. The beds were clean and the chalet smelt fresh. Bathroom had a,lovely shower with perfect water pressure and temperature.

Comfortable, spacious, the 3 seater sofa pulled out into a double.bed, although we didn't need to use it.There were 2 single beds in one room and a double in the 2nd room, there were wardrobes in both rooms, a bedside cabinet in the single beds room, but not in the double room, no drawers at all.The walk in shower was great, bathroom spaciousThe all in one kitchen and living room was spacious also, the kitchen had plenty of crockery and utensils, just short of a few baking trays.All in all the chalet was roomy, warm and comfortable, would highly recommend

The caravan was dirty, smells of dog. My daughter bedding was dirty and stain. Just terrible

As stated before, would only return again if I could find a deal. You could definitely tell it was a cheaper option due to decor and the fact it was just a standard caravan. It was average, just a place to sleep really. It absolutely stunk of dog the whole time we were there (didn’t have a dog with us), the doors would bang against each other if you had 2 different doors open. The pillows had stains on them and as I went to open the curtain the whole thing fell down.

It was clean, plenty of facilities, was comfortable, good shower, 2 toilets, couldnt complain, we rebooked same style van next time

The chalet smelt horrible, it was mouldy in the bathroom. The chalet was unclean and very unpleasant.

Stinky, dirty and dusty caravan. This place wasn't clean properly for ages! The amount of dust made my son's asthma worst than ever! Cobwebs everywhere, sofa bed was filthy and disgusting. The smell of the animals was very strong too. Really disappointed

The caravan was comfortable but very dirty and rough around the edges, bits of panelling coming off exposing sharp nails etc. Mouldy blinds and curtains, thick layers of dust and dirt everywhere except the kitchen, which I suppose is where it matters!For a short 4-night stay, we're not fussy as long as we have a bed to sleep in, so in that respect it was okay. It was conveniently located for the beach, Brixham, Paignton etc.Full kitchen with dishwasher and fridge freezer. Welcome pack with tea, coffee & milk sachets, biscuits, tea towel, dishwasher tablet & washing up liquid is a really nice touch. Some essential kitchen items missing such as scissors, chopping board, tongs.

We ended up with a 3 bed caravan which was nice but it was very dated. Not many utensils/glasses etc but was fine for a weekend.

A lovely size van, could have been a little cleaner but overall good. We had a few broken wobbly things but nothing that affected our holiday.

It is what it is a value pet, needs up dating. stained furniture, kitchen cupboards peeling, no stools around dining table, no mattress protectors and stained mattresses it does have 2 toilets but one is in a cupboard so unless your under age of 10 and very small it's unusable! could list more but as I say it's a value pet.

Can’t complain at all about the facilities everything was good. The only criticism I would make is our caravan was Silver 3-bed dog and my sister’s was Bronze 3-bed dog. My sister’s was better bigger, wider and more open and in better location than ours. Even though ours was supposedly better being silver and paying more! Does not make sense to me.

Super caravan for the price and had everything we needed for a great weekend ????????

First time staying in budget accommodation and I was shocked at the cleanliness and the comfort. It had all the things you needed and more.

Clean caravan, lovely shower, but furniture a little dated and tired.

Lovely caravan very clean, bed was so comfy and clean. Nothing bad to say at all, part was a little to close to clubhouse and was so noisy at a night.
