Good location, excellent price, friendly staff.

Caravan nothing as in photo mould in bedrooms nothing as expected

Caravan was dated, smelt of dog, went and bought a can of air freshener, wasn't inviting, shower was poor, should of stayed 3 nights went home after 2 , the best time was when my son did two activities in the pool, the staff were great, we will not be returning!

We knew we had chosen a budget caravan, it was an older model and a little dated round the edges but it was clean enough, had everything we needed and was comfortable.

The accomodate was not upto standard and needed updating, the main bedroom floor was soaking wet and we had to make use of our towels on the floor so we could walk, stained upholstery and carpets looked dirty in the lounge.

The main reason we choose this park was how close it was to Looe and the surrounding area which is beautiful. The park itself needs some refurbishment. The caravan was basic but in need of a deep clean. The onsite food/drink could do with being abit cheaper. Our son really loved the evening entertainment and enjoyed his stay. We paid for a budget family holiday and that's what we got.

We recently spent a delightful holiday at Looe Bay, staying in one of the charming caravans, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the natural beauty of the surroundings and the warm welcome from the staff.The caravan itself was immaculate and well-appointed, providing all the comforts of home while allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the tranquil setting. We particularly enjoyed the cozy living area and the well-equipped kitchen, which made our stay both comfortable and convenient.The location is simply unbeatable. We loved exploring the picturesque town of Looe, with its quaint shops, lovely beaches, and excellent seafood restaurants. The coastal walks offered breathtaking views and were a highlight of our trip. Being so close to such stunning scenery was a real treat.Overall, our stay at Looe Bay was nothing short of fantastic. The combination of a beautiful setting, comfortable accommodation, and excellent facilities made for a memorable holiday. We can't wait to return and would highly recommend Looe Bay to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

Caravan was lovely we got a sea view to bonus.

I stayed in the callington it was spotlessly clean the caravan had plenty of space a nice well equipped kitchen a nice dinning table and chairs. Two very clean toilets one with a nice size shower which was spotless. The bedrooms had comfy beds with clean fresh lining there's not much room in the bedrooms but that is to be expected in a caravan. I didn't have to use the heating but the hot water is instant. It had a smart TV you will have to use your own data to use it but you can watch terrestrial TV on it. There was a nice raised decking area outside the door which is great if the sun is shining. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Thank you for a lovely stay Looe Bay

Excellent place and service

On arriving I had to report a few issues.Felt like the caravan was dated and tired looking.I slept on the sofa as the bed had a dip in the mattress.The furniture was old and not appealing to the eye.The veranda had no gate which when booking with dogs you would have thought that would be a must even if booking with kids.Don’t feel I got what I paid for and feel we were just put in the oldest caravan on the site in the muddiest spot. I have booked a kingsand before and it was much better and this has made us feel wee don’t ever want to return.

The only thing we would like is for the table to have chairs rather than stools

We had a holiday booked leaving on April 1st to Friday the 5th of April 2024 at your Looe Bay park, however we left on the 3rd of April after having a very stressful stay, the first thing to mention is i called Hoseasons directly to book as online this is what is says to do if you have mobility problems, so i called and spoke to agent and explained that i didn't need a wheelchair accessible but i did need something that was accessible as i have a ankle that dislocates, i was advised that there was 3 steps to the caravans so we decided to book, as he said he would put a note advising that i needed a caravan that was Acessible, he then said that this would be sent through the Looe bay, i have attached lots of of pictures so you can see what we had to deal with, we arrive at the site after being told there would be parking opposite the van (there was not) we were met with just a mess all other vans had a pathway directly to the pavement but the one we stayed in which was number 2 did not there was no safe path to the steps, it was extremly dangerous for anyone, our daughters were slipping everywhere my husband slipped while carrying his ventilator and i was in a very tough position trying to get in, then when we did enter the caravan it was terrible it stank really bad, it had dirt and dust everyehere two of the duvets had mud and dirt all over them, when i complained and aksed if there was anything they could do they said they would bring new duvets which were again dirty, and i told them about my acessibility need and nothing was done. we booked this [holiday as 4 weeks agao i had suregery and we all needed a break and quite frankly i wish we hadnt bothered. sofa was incredibly dirty and stained, it had also collapsed in the middle2. the cushions were dirty and stained3. no mop (considering where the caravan is this is unbelievable)4. dirt in the shower5. no parking opposite when we were told there was6. cutlery was dirty7.radiator had dirt in it8 under one of the mattresses there was a a large piece of wood that had been left there9. dirt in the walls.

Van was ok, site in wet weather abysmal.

We didn't even bother to go inside the caravan as the mud was so bad the caravan couldn't have been clean. While standing at reception to book in people were changing vans and saying the furniture inside was dirty. I can only presume some people chose to stay because they have no other option.

The duchy was like home from home.The most comfortable mattress I have ever slept in away from home.Everything we needed in the kitchen. Even a whisk so I was able to make pancakes for breakfast ????

Van was okay. A bit tired in places (lights were broken, sink leaking, repaired hole in wall) but comfy. Van needed a good clean generally as was grubby and felt like it had only had a wipe over rather than a clean before we arrived. kitchen floor was dirty as a result of mud comming into the van from muddy grass outside (from weeks of rain) and no availability of mops / clean mats etc

Poor accommodation and site.

The dinning table was wasn’t level. Sofa cushions had beads missing. Was expecting towels in the bathroom, they weren’t supplied. The caravan generally could have been a lot better

Lovely holiday, a few things that needed sorting but reception got straight on it and were wonderful.

All staff very helpful and friendly. Caravan very comfy and clean. Entertainment was reasonable.

We have had lovely holidays and were pleasently surprised by the location and facilities. Calm quite remote and beautiful place tucked away from hustle and bustle.

Had a beautiful holiday had 2 caravans for our family requested next door to each other that didn’t happen but not to far away even though booked 1 year in advance swimming pool disappointing indoors and not open for longer by the time we came back from the beach it was closed and our 8 year old wasn’t happy but apart from that all good

Loved our family holiday. Highly recommended this site. Was great for the dog and very welcoming. Staff great. X

Perfect 4 night break, loads to do without travelling too far.
