Relaxing last minute break Fantastic location.Home from home, accommodation.Well equipped and bonus with towels provided. Very clean

From the beginning of our holiday the staff were so friendly and willing to help with a very odd request I had. The grounds were very well kept and the shop itself had the essentials we needed. The accommodation we stayed in was perfect. Very cosy and had all the equipment we needed. We didn’t feel like we couldn’t stay in on a rainy day it was that cosy. Would highly recommend.

We thought that the price was good for that time of year.

We visited for the first time in September for two weeks. We booked a standard pet friendly caravan. We did have an issue with something about the caravan a few days in and went to reception. The staff were very helpful and efficient in resolving the situation and we were moved within half an hour to new accommodation.The site itself is so lovely, quiet and a great place to unwind. We love the woodland walk to the beach which took us about 15 minutes each way. We liked that the little shop had emergency supplies in case you forgot anything at the supermarket. The laundrette is a expensive but handy if you’re desperate.We had a look around a few of the other types of caravans and booked for 2025. The luxury and premium caravans are lovely and will suit us better having dogs and needing more space. The standard pet friendly is very compact!The cleaning could be a bit better as there were build ups in places and swipes of staining here and there but I always bring cleaning wipes on holiday with me for things like that. The carpets could definitely do with a clean too. I accidentally dropped my towel on the bedroom floor and when I picked it up it was covered in a previous guests makeup (which I assume had broken up). Overall we loved it and have rebooked. We are excited for next year and the relaxation to come.

Good spacious accommodation. Had everything needed for a short stay. We had a slight problem with flies, but not enough to spoil our break.

Wonderful place , lovely staff easy access to many places. Would recommend to anyone interested in a relaxing peaceful holiday .

The accommodation is well presented and clean. The staff on arrival were lovely, but that is all you see and hear of the staff. Normally, that would be absolutely fine, but we had two very windy nights where the shepherds hut was swaying quite a fair amount. Given the poor weather, it would have been nice if the staff had checked in with us to see if they could make our stay more comfortable. Simply taking down the attached parasol would have probably stopped it swaying as much. We also didn’t approach them though, so it’s not too much of a bother as we could have asked. We did come home more tired than when we left, but the site and location more than made up for it. We also appreciated the cleanliness and presentation of the accommodation!

I had a 3 bed caravan as the 2 beds were sold out when I booked but that’s fine I had plenty of room ????

I would not like to stay in the lowest grade caravan If the one I had was luxury. It was durt had to wash all the utensils before cooking loo set hanging off shower overflowing had to keep turning it off The van was not what I expected 6 weeks I stayed in a haven van gold and that was so nice .

Lovely lodge with all the kitchen equipment you might need. Very comfortable lounge and dining area and wonderful bedrooms. The carpets were not as clean as I would have liked; there was a lot of dog hair embedded.

Amazing very comfortable great views right near the woodland walk. Had everything in possible from hair dryer towels soap shampoo hoover dishwasher just amazing value honestly can not recommend enough.Not too close to the neighbours and at angles so privacy was lovely too. Fab terrace bit with table outside so could have meals out with nature.

Clean, well maintained and in a good location on the site at the bottom of the hill.

This was one of our favourite holiday parks. It felt calm and relaxed, it felt safe for the kids and just really had the holiday vibe.

Clean, comfortable and plenty of room. Was great to sit on the veranda with a glass of wine.

Great little place, quiet and peaceful. The 20 min walk to the beach is pleasant, but is also drivable, with parking across the road. If you want a quiet break this is perfect.The onsite team are super helpful and friendly. The site is very clean and well kept. The van we stayed in was also very clean, and stocked with everything we needed. There is a morrisons about 20 min drive away to stock up your cupboards and fridges, but the site has a small but very well-stocked store with everything you need to get you going. Highly recommend this site and the teamThank you for a lovely break.

This was our first visit to Sun Haven but definitely will not be our last. The staff were so welcoming and the caravan was perfect for a peaceful few days away. Lots of lovely countryside and coastal walks nearby too. Fat Jacks bbq was great too as was Off The Path Coffee which is located opposite. We look forward to returning soon.
