We stayed at rookery manor for three nights and we absolutely loved it, the apartment was spacious clean warm inviting and had everything you could possibly want for your stay, the outside garden was immaculate as was the hot tub which was a perfect temperature when we got in, we are definitely going to return to rookery manor and it was only a 13 minute drive to Weston-super-Mare. we ate out in Taunton which only took 20 minutes, it's a perfect base if you want to explore cheddar Glastonbury Weston and brean sands or you could just stay and relax and the accommodation, we had great communication when we got there. The whole trip from booking right through to us leaving was effortless.

The cottage had lots of appliances such as dishwasher, washing machine etc. only item it could have done with was a hair dryer.

We stayed at this property in Feb and it was exactly what we needed! The location is by some beautiful farms and had some lovely local farm shops which we visited. We had a lovely stay and the property was so clean. Our fave thing was the HotTub which was lovely! The manager Karen was very helpful and friendly as she kept in contact with us during our stay to make sure all was good!When checking out we had left an item behind and she was ever so kind and sent the parcel on as we loved quite a while away! It was very kind of her to do this and we are extremely grateful! Will deffo look at staying here again????

The cottage was amazing (Robin 18) and was very modern and clean well equipped with everything you need including hair dryer. We couldn't fault anything about this place.Lovely and pieceful just a nice relaxing place and the hot tub was amazing to get in and out of whenever you wanted.

A lovely cottage, like home from home, on quite grounds. Clean tidy, with very large garden space. Bedrooms are all a good size with ti's in each room. The main bathroom has an onsuite with a shower. Washing maching and dryer is a great touch to have when you have a hot tub. 10 mins from Brean 10 and 15 from Weston. We had a great time and look forward to booking again in the future

We have just returned from a really lovely week staying in the meadow house lodge. Spacious, great sized secure garden for our dog , quiet and wonderful hot tub. Only complaint was lack of cloth and cleaning spray in kitchen and no hoover. Would 100% return

Had a lovely stay over New Year, the venue is a great base for exploring and close to the M5 for easy travelling. I was worried about motorway noise but we heard nothing. I liked the artificial grass around the hot tub and the lovely private garden area. The lounge/ kitchen area were spacious and the bedroom was spacious too. The only down side for us was the carpets hadn't been hoovered throughly and there were white dog hairs everywhere. However we had a fab stay and we will definitely back

Had a fantastic holiday here, great value for money and great location. Very quiet area which was very relaxing.Spa was out of action, but with a private hot tub it was great, only a 20 minute drive to weston super-mare or brean.

Absolutely lovely and clean modern studio apartment. Myself and my partner enjoyed the hot tub and were able to see the stars due to there being such little light pollution which really makes a nice atmosphere. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. Excellent location 15 minutes to lots of places to visit!
