Been twice now and both times staff across the board are very friendly and helpful. We stayed in lodge 62 the first time which was great and 21b the second time.21b although we found was great location for us and our dog was a little dated and tired a few minor things like cushions tatty wallpaper and skirting a little worse for wear just needs a little bit of care to spruce up.The tub was amazing and garden in general was great and secure for our dog We would definitely go back there but would choose another lodge to 21b. Overall a great place.

Everything in the lodge and garden was perfect for me and my husband. Having a pool tables in which in the lodge is a big advantage.

This lodge had everything it said on the reviews before I booked it.The rooms are clean and spacious.The bath was relaxing and the double shower was great.The kitchen had everything needed plus extras like the coffee machine and air fryer.The large sofa and TV in living room was good.The dining table could be converted into a pool or tennis table which was great and fun.Outside had a good hot tub and seating area,also a BBQ.The nearby woods was good to walk though to go to the tearoom and reception. The tearoom made delicious ???? cakes.

Had a blast everything was prefect the lodge was spotless, the staff were very friendly and helpful, raywell is a beautiful place definitely be going back and I will be recommending raywell to all of my friends.

We had a lovely stay at Raywell hall, we have been there twice before but stayed in different lodges and found that the other lodges we’d stayed in were better. This lodge was lovely but found that it wasn’t as clean as previous stays and facilities weren’t as good. Some items of cutlery were dirty and settee was quite low down, the hot tub was lovely and checked everyday.

Larchwood spa had a ski chalet feel to it. The 2nd bedroom and the main bathroom were lovely and spacious, compared to other lodges we have stayed in, but the living area was slightly smaller. The kitchen would benefit from a small pan.A key benefit was that the lounge and bedroom area was separated by a hall which reduce the internal noise so for early risers or night owls the peace was maintained.

Beautiful lodge, love the added extras like the pool table & arcade games x beds very comfy, tv in every room. Just perfect, with lovely views of the woodlands x

Had a great stay and enjoyed staying in the lodge when the weather was bad. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast two of the mornings. Very friendly and polite staff too.

Overall good some small improvements would have given 5 stars placemats need replacing and a soft close toilet seat

Fantastic surroundings. Very clean and well equipt lodge. The staff are all very friendly and have an attitude of nothing is to much trouble.

Little bit pricey but we were desperate to go somewhere to relax after our wedding but with a little one at home didn't want to go far. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and enjoyed the peace and quiet. Lovely views. Definitely come back.

Booked the a few months a go for a mid-July visit, for a family of 6 including an 8 month old boy. Arrived after check-in time of 5pm for a 7 night stay, and found the pre-booked high chair and travel cot, which were perfect. Lodge 55 was clean and had a spacious living area, with a huge TV that we were able to get dishy +, prime and netflix on. (if you sign in using your accounts make sure you sign out when you leave) TV's in all 3 bedrooms. Kitchen had a washer, dishwasher, apply sized fridge/ freezer, and plenty of crockery. It was going to be hot, and the staff provided one pedestal fan for the week, thankfully we brought 3 of our own to try and cool the lodge a little. Rear was semi-private , sometimes other gusts would wander by to the short-cut to the main reception, but it was not a bother. Hot tub was good, and the setting and lazy bed were great. We did use a disposable BBQ on the area provided. Tea, coffee and one Tasimo pod were provided, prompting us to go buy more (go Morrisons as the site shop sold 4 for 2.50) Alex was really friendly at reception, and gave advice, and when we had a little accident in the lodge the staff were very helpful. We would definitely visit again, it is perhaps the best accommodation we have ever stayed in, it wasn't cheap, but it was worth it. Location was quiet, and you need a car to go visit anywhere, but there are lots of things to do within a 40 minute drive to the coast

we really enjoyed our stay at raywell hall. its was even better than we originally expected. the staff were extremely helpful too. we will definitely be returning next year.
