Again overall value for money

Amazing place and restful

Quite far away from facilities had 2 kids who had to be driven to club house as quite far for them to walk Perhaps because we had a dog ? Not really fair to be away from facilities

Caravan was lovely. Quite modern and comfortable.

Dog hair deeply ingrained in carpets from previous pets so not cleaned thoroughly leaving a bad smell, bed slat broken , door plastic hanging off and sofa leg hanging off. Clean pots pans and crockery all utensils , TV ok , no heating so was cold.

Brilliant and so clean, tv did not work, they got us new batteries and were helpful to do so but it still didn’t work. Wasn’t a massive issue as we made plans to go out but would have been a bit boring without one otherwise

Did not use restaurant much but was ok

Had a great relaxing holiday for the weekend. Nothing was to much trouble.

Bedrooms a bit tight on space, but still had a lovely time.

Terrible. Only upside was the caravan was nice but it was brand new so no excuses really.

Main Complex not big enough for the site. Nothing going on until late. Not a bad place but not for us. Sorry.

Nice relaxing holiday within easy reach of beach and town. Excellent accommodation.

overall we had a nice stay. We were very close to the entertainment centre and the shop which was convenient although when they showed the movie outdoors we could hear it in our caravan as if we were sat right by the speakers

It’s been a great break and when the weather wasn’t great for one day we could enjoy relaxing in the caravan

Nice week, nice site, friendly and helpful staff

Lovely caravan and the site was so peaceful. But it wasn’t big enough.

caravan needed tlc window broke door didnt shut right and when i went to shut curtains in main bedroom the curtain pole fell off and hit me on the head and it hurt my husband is totally blind the fixtures in caravan helped him a lot to get around this was a big plus.

We had a great holiday. We had a nice meal in the restaurant. The only downside for us was it being in the same place as the kids entertainment. Some of Parkdean parks have a separate entertainment area which we prefer.

For a little weekend away, this was perfect. Not too expensive and a lovely site and location. Only downside was that you have to prebook the swimming pool (inc. general swim) and it was always booked up whilst we were there. Other than that, I couldn’t fault it.

Overall good holiday for the kids clean tidy and small so not too busy

Lovely big and clean caravan on a site with helpful staff. The beautiful Spurn Point is only a drive away.

Great weekend away

We had a really relaxing, quiet and peaceful week. Caravan was in good condition with everything needed for a stay.

Caravan was modern & clean. Swimming pool was great. Great value for money

We all enjoyed a lovely 5 night break, great place for family’s and fur babies. Caravan was nice but fridge was broken and it kept icing up and it had tape inside holding shelves together which didn’t work. Told people in charge but no one got back to us. App for drinks and food isn’t very good as we was forgotten about a few times and had to go and ask for our orders or they were left on the side waiting to be picked up so just went and collected ourselves eventually. Staff work very hard but seem under staffed. Lots of waking areas for dogs and a nice park and basket ball court to play on. We was told to book the pool which we did only to be turned away because the app wasn’t working so kids were disappointed and then was told to book in with them instead at the pool. Nice beach at a walking distance and nice short walk into the village and has an Aldi close by. Entertainment was great and the guys entertaining were fab and very friendly. First break we have had since working through covid and was needed so all in all had a great time.
