Booked no pet accommodation and given accommodation that allows 2 pets. Not good.

Was disappointed in location of my caravan. But that's wasn't the companies fault. Quite a lot of roudy people late at night and car parking horrendous

Caravan very clean Site is OK but entertainment is very dated, same thing time and time again Allover the site strong smell of weed Reataurant staff member was very rude at breakfast then breakfast was cold.

Caravan dated. Seating tired - too much give in the cushions likr sitting on a board.

Caravan holidays are very expensive which is the only reason I marked less for value for money but we thoroughly enjoyed it and will stay again

Excellent holiday

Very enjoyable holiday. Staff very pleasant. Accommodation suitable for two of us. Well equipped.

Caravan very compact despite been a larger caravan we only ended up with 5 then 4 of us in a caravan that fits 8 I'm glad no one else came as not enough room. Areas where cleanliness was not achieved.

We enjoyed walks across to St Mary’s Island at low tide and along Holywell Dene. Further away, about 40 mile drive north, we loved the trip out to the Farne Islands from Seahouses and about 45 miles west, a walk along Hadrian’s Wall from The Sill.

The single beds were very narrow but I guess you have to expect that in a caravan!

Great time, we will definitely be back next year

Overall a good time was had by all

The lodge was great just what we wanted as a family, plenty of room and a lovely balcony, cushions for the outside seating would have been nice but that didn't spoil anything, lovely would book again.

Fantastic place to visit with a great location for the beach. The staff were so friendly in every role, especially the manager who helped us with a problem using the restaurant app.

Cramlington caravan was Compact but brand new, lovely, clean and modern.

Exceeded expectations and would book this one again if we were to return.

Fab time great caravan park

We knew the built in fridge was faulty before we arrived but also had to report a blind that did not work and a broken dustpan.

We would come back again

Lodge was perfect, excellent accommodation

Caravan was OK starting to need some tlc, had to clean a few marks of the walls and the shower room radiator

The caravan excellent the surroundings excellent staff and helpfulness excellent the restaurant on the other hand too expensive.

Beautiful lodge. Lovely surroundings and brilliantly helpful staff throughout. Can’t complain apart from wishing that our visit wasn’t work related as would have liked to have done more at the park ie swimming etc.

Had a fantastic holiday with 2 grandkids. Kids liked running about the park but especially the pool where they enjoyed the water walking and the inflatable. Staff were very polite and friendly especially Becca and Alexa. Alexa the pool manager was fantastic with the kids explaining what to do when using the equipment and remembering their names and having a laugh with us. She's a credit to the company, definitely in the right job.

3rd time staying at this park. We have two kids 2 & 6. Staff are friendly and helpful. Park is close to the beach or short drive to further along the coast. Wee park in the caravan park which is better than most. Pool is good size as well. Overall we always have a blast and love the local area. No doubt we will be back for a 4th time!

Great park with decent facilities. Bus stop right outside for easy access into town.

this is our second visit to whitley bay, first time we had no issues, we find the site very clean and tidy and used the site as a base for daily visits to nearby places, so no comments on the facilities provided. We had a great holiday and the weather helped for a change but our only gripe is the surrounding road (NOT THE SITES FAULT), due to the caravan being on the edge of the site, we found that Whitley Bay is plagued with "racer boys/girls" who seem to think it's a race track frequently up till the late hours and occasionally the small hours, and we were woken up daily in the small hours to the sound of bike/car exhausts "popping and banging" and even one that decided to wheelspin his/her car from the entrance to the top of the road (probably 100yds). So based on the possibility of caravan position happening again, we will be more aware of the surroundings of our next holiday. Average scoring on the restaurant due to our not using it and no where to leave comments on that fact.

Needs more staff

Fantastic area to explore. Site is small but has all you need. Coastline and scenery is stunning.
