Just a complete waste of money certainly won’t be going back there the beds were broke you actually couldn’t sleep on them

The caravan was ideal for the kids, nothing to break and good single bed sizes. The cleaning team did a good job but left a lot of hanging dust on the ceilings and I would have liked another oven tray to use, cooking 6 pizzas on a small tray took a while. Very satisfied with the value for money!!

We had a relaxing holiday

The first caravan they gave us someone was already in it so we went back to reception and she quickly dealt with the situation and gave us another van, the sofa was soaking wet and I mean soaking wet!! So back to reception, they said they would give us some towels to put on the couch but I said no I didn’t want that the couch was way too wet, so they gave us keys for the 3rd one, it was ok, it hadn’t been cleaned properly, it had fat splashed all on the cooker and backsplash. The kitchen tap was hanging off and the sofa (which was dry) was incredibly uncomfy. Was was booked in to stay Monday to Friday but we left on Wednesday. The food in the boat bar was very very expensive and it was just frozen rubbish that had been shoved in a microwave. I will defo be giving it a swerve in future and go elsewhere.

We got moved so we didn’t actually stay in this caravan but off first looks when we went in it was very clean quite big and was gutted about moving caravans but we couldn’t sleep in single beds for a week

Lovely location, the caravan was a short walk to the cliff side path that led to the beach which was a highlight of the stay. The caravan itself was a little tired looking, there was stains on the carpet and sofa in the living room, bedding was ripped and we kept finding this little black bugs, can’t say that was from the caravan for certain though and not an external thing.
We used the soft play but did not use the swimming pool, it wasn’t explained to us how it worked upon arrival and the next time we went to reception to ask it was closed. It seems you have to pay for a pass for access on top of the price but again it’s very unclear and due to our stay being short we didn’t get a chance to find out. The site was quite busy but quiet enough and I would consider visiting again purely for the proximity to the beach.
We ate in the pub/restaurant, it was overpriced and not clean, I had a new white top on which was stained due to there being something on the table that hadn’t been cleaned beforehand. Wouldn’t recommend eating here.
Bridlington isn’t far from site and we enjoyed visiting the animal park there and popped into a local coffee shop too. Good for families.

Caravan was basic but came with everything we needed other than towels, but we were made aware of this before going and had taken them with us.

Caravan in great location. The small bedrooms let it down slightly but the lounge is really comfortable. If I was being picky a larger tv would be nice and instructions for the heating and the microwave would have been helpful ,rest were relatively straightforward.
Lovely little stay if come back to same caravan.

What a beautiful, well equipped and spacious lodge. It was very clean and tidy and the kitchen was well equipped. The electric fire was a nice touch to keep us warm and toasty in the evening. The bedrooms were very spacious and we had room to fit the travel cot in one of the double rooms. We were told there was no bath, only a shower in the main bathroom but we're pleasantly surprised to find there was one. All linen provided too, just had to take towels with us. We really had an enjoyable stay and will most definitely return and stay in one of the lodges again.

Caravan was fine for the money but in retrospect we should have gone for one with central heating and double glazing as it was a cold week

Site was great, lots of facilities, fishing pond is not as advertised and is in an appalling state.
