Basic. Caravan was basic, not enough equipment to feed a large family. Only one tray for the oven. Beds very small no good for teens. Restaurant offered a delivery service but very expensive cheaper to use justeat. There's no shop on the site so make sure you get your basics before you unpack. Very small site, also could go to bar it was all table service which meant we was waiting nearly half an hour for drinks and snacks. Didn't eat on site because Restaurant was expensive.We wouldn't say again.

Very clean tidy and modern

Such a fab holiday site well run staff were fantastic and made our holiday caravan was perfect and very clean

Mattresses very poor, needed to sleep on duvets to stop springs digging in to us

Nice site and very close to Morecambe. Plenty of shops, restaurants, amusement arcades around. There is also an arcade on the site.

Exelant caravan well equipped we are desabled it would have been easier if we could hav parked next to van

Lovely caravan, clean and roomy with all appliances. Cant fault the caravan. The pool was small and you had to book for a swim. Breakfast was brilliant and great value with 2 people promotion. The rest of the menu might have been good but most items missing including burgers, pizzas etc. Entertainment room small and crowded seating. Park seems to be oriented to the older age. Lots of owned caravans. Some owners obnoxious and dont like holiday makers walking on their tarmac.

Nowhere near to give our dog a run off his lead, Would be better if the van had a fenced off garden or decking so we could leave the door open for him to go in and out, The caravan was very nice quite new for dog friendly

Great hol bathroom very small not much room to move about.

Caravan was clean and tidy only down side is no freezer to be able to buy meals and freeze them

An excellent site for touring the area. But a family with children need a car as it's a fair walk to the sea.

I think we were the first visitors to this park home. We were very impressed. Some out door furniture would have been appreciated or perhaps access to shared seating areas

Been to this site loads only concern this time not enough radiators in area and caravan quite cold

Overall a good little break fri-Monday Setting and caravan couldn’t fault Convenience store very poor Entertainment and activities for children needs improvement

Loved the caravan. Big enough for a small family and the storage was great.

Got off to a bad start but the holiday was good

All in all a very satisfactory and comfortable vacation.

The caravan was spotless however there wasn't any scissors and because the crockery didn't say microwave safe on them I had to buy 4 plates and a pair of scissors. The seating area also lacked some cushions.

Enjoyed the break despite the weather.

The only fault I could find was the mattress on the double bed had a roll together in the middle

Enjoyed it glad the caravan was nice made my holiday.

Had a lovely time with my daughter and granddaughter. Staff were great. Just a pity about some dog mess not being cleaned up by the owners.

We love the area. Shame there was a problem with the pool. And the evening entertainment. Both unavoidable but disappointing just the same.

First time trying Morecambe and we had a lovely time. Pool and changing rooms spotless. Caravan excellent and spacious. Kids loved it ?
