Our Holiday at Praa Sands was everything we wanted it to be, peaceful and relaxing! We enjoyed a couple of days exploring locally and visited St Michaels Mount which was very easy to get to from the site. Our caravan was spotlessly clean and everything we needed was to hand.

A very enjoyable experience. The site is well maintained and feels very friendly. The location is also spot on with a beach just a short walk away. The accommodation was excellent - very clean and spacious with good self catering facilities. We opted for the top of the range caravan but all on the site looked very nice.

We spend a very relaxing weekend at Praa Sands in September and have already recommended it to friends. The indoor pool was lovely and my husband very much enjoyed a round of golf on the 9 hole course.

The lodge we stayed in was quite old and basic. Our bedroom window had next door's hot tub right outside. Our neighbours were in their hot tub until midnight being very noisy with their dog barking which kept us awake. Apparently the site has a rule that no use of the hot tub after 11pm but there was nothing in our lodge to give people that information. In fact there was no information in the lodge about anything - how to work the cooker, park facilities etc. We had no wifi password left for us which was a pain as there is no mobile reception. Praa Sands is lovely and the site is an easy walk to the beach and coastal path.

It was a lovely location and not too far away from the nearest town

We were visiting relatives in the area and this was a perfect base. Very comfortable and excellent value for money

Lovely caravan , nice clean bedding. Needs a little TLC like new radiators as a bit rusty , rip in curtains, chipped mirrors and temperamental blinds .

Super Clean and cosy.

Bit outdated but could do with a small refresh. No welcome pack included.Had a small box with dishwasher tablets and bin bags in but the caravan didn’t even have a dishwasher.

Our only problem was the boiler. Furnishings and fittings do not bother us. It was lovely and clean what more can I say.

The only thing we had that was not good was a hoover was provided but it emitted a foul smell therefore could not use it

Brilliant, and couldnt ask for anything more.

This is a lovely quiet holiday park. We stayed at 7 Atlantic Rise (departing Monday). Our lodge was spotlessly clean and very modern and had everything we needed, although no hand wash for the toilets. We enjoyed an amazing view (apparently the best on the park). The staff were all very friendly and helpful. My husband and daughter used the pool several times and said it was nice and warm. Beautiful Praa Sands beach is a short 10 minute walk away down the hill. There is a playground on site to keep children entertained and The Boathouse that serves food and drink. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the lack of privacy and we felt it needed a little shop where you could get basics like bread and milk. Our balcony was very overlooked and everyone could see us in the hot tub from the neighbouring lodges and some houses directly behind us. We’ve stayed in other lodges elsewhere and have always found the hot tub to have privacy screens up or sunken into the decking. It put us off wanting to use it in the evening and it really needs some privacy screens put up so you can relax properly. Other than that we very much enjoyed our stay and visiting this beautiful part of Cornwall.

Shame about the bathroom towels not being provided and the grill didn’t work on the cooker. Other than this nice break away.

Clean, spacious and great facilities within the caravan- couldn’t fault it at all. Lovely and quiet surroundings and well maintained

Outside furniture needs replacing

Caravan smelled of dogs..should have option showing whether it's for dogs ,option as I realise it's a dog friendly site but some irresponsible dog owners opposite left their dogs in the caravan all day with windows open barking...for 3 days.!!!

Very clean inside, decking needed a sweep.Kitchen very well equipped.

very basic . Unable to use cooker as dials so worn unable to use. Wardrobe in main bedroom had 3 large vacuum cleaners n it so again limited use. Patio and patio furniture and windows had a lot of bird dropping all over them . In all very disappointing.

Excellent caravan and a lovely quiet park. Been coming here for many years and would highly recommend.

The inside of the caravan was lovely and clean but the outside needed a good clean.

Fantastic holiday I'm always anxious of going on holiday as I have aspergers but this place is perfect it's very quiet its got everything a shop just off site the beach 3 mins walk supermarkets a 10 mins drive we are already planning a return in 2023 would highly recommend to everyone who loves a nice quiet relaxing stress free holiday

The most perfect spot in our favourite place. The holiday park is lovely and quiet, with things to do if you want to. The whole site is spotlessly clean with great sea views. We stayed in 22 Atlantic View and we could not have asked for more. The location was perfect for us, as the whole family loves the beach at Praa Sands. We visited many places, enjoyed our family swims in the pool and watched the Lionesses beat Sweden in the Boathouse. Thank you for the best holiday.

Clean everything you have at home Washing machine fridge freezer teles in the both lounge and masterooms On suite Toilet seat was loose and stained under the seat Went to reception,resolved in an hour Reception and service people were efficient and very friendly Shop was a little pricey and didn't stock alot but ok for convenience Great position for you to walk to the beach Only one parking space available for each van. Was only a short holiday we also had fantastic weather so didn't get to use facilities Little pricey for 2 people But first holiday for 3 years so paid it as we needed a holiday ...
