Nice relaxing break. Kids loved the hot tub. Only complaint was the lodge being covered in cobwebs. Couldn’t check in until 5 for extra Covid cleaning, so expected lodge to be spotless

We had a lovely stay and great site, would definitely book again.

Loved the lodge, very well equipped and very clean. The only thing missing is an umbrella over the outside table as if its raining there isn't really room to eat inside. Also when youre paying that much for a lodge I think a BBQ should be included rather than being charged extra for it.
Would definitely go back.

Fantastic lodges, really impressed! We will definitely be returning. Only thing I would change is a little more privacy with the hot tubs.

I would highly recommend the lodges, nice and warm with a great open plan layout. The hot ub was what sold it for us initially and we definately made the most of it, even in the rain. The oven/micro was a little complicated to understand but we got there in the end.

The lodge was very well equipped and I wouldn't be able to pick one fault with it. We took our one year old boy with us and the high chair was provided in the lodge for our arrival free of charge, lots of extras there like a Dyson hair drier and wireless speaker, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely visit again

Overall good break for us as a couple but accommodation is quite small. Would only consider as a couple not a party of 3 or more

The lodge was amazing it was newly furnished & very modern, with a hot tub that was maintained on a daily basis. The only criticism was that there was no door from the bedroom into the lounge for privacy. Overall I would recommend as they had lots of facilities available.

Outstanding holiday park, suited our requirements for a family break.

This is a hidden diamond we stayed in one of the pods it was spotless. The staff are so welcoming and helpful.

Plassey is classy. Lovely place. We were greeted on arrival and shown to reception to gather check-in information. We were escorted to our lodge by two friendly staff on the golf buggy. We could have found it ourselves, but the staff seem to want to get the measure of everybody turning up, which makes sense, as a Park that prides itself on high standards and the importance of guest behaviour. The staff showed us the lodge and the facilities. The lodge was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed (for the 3 of us). Starter packs in the kitchen and bathroom were provided. Beds and linens were good quality and comfortable. I had excellent sleeps every night. Hot tub was great and the decking area was spacious. Park facilities we used (with rating) were: Swimming pool (good, but does get busy); Play park (excellent); clubhouse for breakfast (good); cafe (for lunch twice, excellent both times). Wish we could have stayed longer to use more of the facilities on site. The general park environment was absolutely immaculate. Staff were always around tending to things or tidying. The park management pride themselves on this being a family park. It was excellent, very peaceful and quiet, just what we wanted. My son has asked when can we go to Plassey again!

We had an amazing stay at the resort. We will absolutely be back with our caravan next year 5*

Really lovely staff. Very helpful and smiley greeting. We loved everything about our lodge although it took us a while to work out the oven features. Beds were comfy and hot tub was the icing on the cske after climbing Snowdon during our stay. We would definitely return and recommend to family and friends.

Just returned from a relaxing week in one of your studio lodges with hot tub. The site was first class. Just right for a couple or small family. The lodge was modern and had everything you need for your stay. The site is kept Presteign and well looked after. There is plenty of choice When it comes to drinking and eating. On site there are also various shops. We weren’t able to use the pool but it looks good. However I did manage to get out on your golf course and spent the afternoon in sun playing 18 holes. All the staff were fantastic from the chap that came every day to check the hot tub and gave me tips for the golf course to the team at the Haybank. Thanks for a great stay I would definitely recommend a visit. Hopefully I’ll come back in the future.
