Amazing place to stay!

Excellent place to relax and unwind

There isn’t anything onsite to do unless you like fishing but plenty of pubs etc a short drive away

Very good stay here at the lodges hot tub was very relaxing, getting food without any transport is a bit of a problem if you don’t bring your own stuff to cook, internet is very shocking didn’t work I minute of our stay and mobile data didn’t work as signal was bad but still over all a good weekend away recommend

Nice clean lodge, fully equipt with everything needed. Hot tub clean and warmed up prior to arrival. Beds made up and some little extras on arrival such as soaps, dish cloth, tea towel. Parking outside the lodge. Lovely cosy stay.

My family had a great break here and loved the hotub and views. Staff wer very helpful and friendly.

Would benefit from some cushions on the sofas to make it cozy and comfier and would benefit from towels and hand wash we had to go out in storm darrah to get these things

Needs updating a lot

Venue it’s self was peaceful and relaxing with lovely views. Fishing was poor and had to pay to fish , with very little fish being caught . Check in time was 4pm so missed out on a days fishing and check out time was 9am so again missed out on a days fishing . Lodge was good and comfortable with all cooking utensils in good order . Was disappointed that we could only fish 3 days having booked a fishing holiday. No amenities on site ie pub /restaurant so had to travel for these .

I want to give a big shout out to paradise lakes in york. Its a beautiful gem of a holiday park. The lodges are fully equipped, warm and cozy.The site is immaculate with lots of birds and a resident hen who will happily follow you around. It's a family run business and they are welcoming and friendly. ??????

The Pods were clean and had everything you could need during your stay. It was warm and cosy and I loved the fact I had my own bathroom in the Pod. It was the perfect size for me and my one year old daughter.

So pleased we stayed here. So peaceful, beautiful place to stay. Would definitely stay again. Ideal if you are into fishing, lake is just a few steps away from your hut door. Lots of wildlife, birds, ducks. Hut very clean has everything we needed for a few days stay. Thank you.

Brilliant value for money for a four night stay. The bed was comfier than mind at home which is a massive plus. Very clean and very well looked after lodge with all the facilities you need other than dishwasher which isn’t essential for just two people. The furniture was good although I feel like the leather sofa could do with an upgrade despite it still being really comfortable.

Perfect for a peaceful few days away from everything. Nothing negative to say. Comfy, spotless , peaceful.

We had the most amazing Christmas break away! The accommodation is stunning, huge and really well kept. Everything was spotless. Beds are SO comfy, it’s warm, welcoming and cosy. Value for money was incredible, staff were all so polite and always happy to help. We love this place so much we booked our next trip while we were still there ???? Thank you paradise park for a fabulous stay!

Fantastic peaceful location and just what we needed for a quiet fishing break with my son.

A perfect place if you just want to relax and chill. Surrounded by beautiful countryside. Can't wait to come back.

Was very surprised by the pod. Small but perfectly formed! Had everything you could need. Have stayed in the lodges before but the pods seemed to be more chilled and peaceful which is exactly what we needed after a pretty rough year.

Had a lovely time. The pod was pristine when we arrived. The grounds were lovely and peaceful. Being in the middle of nowhere there was a drive to get to places but that wasn't a problem, the tranquility was exactly what we were looking for. Will definitely be recommending to others.

My son and mate thought it was great the fishing was fab can't wait to go again

We booked up for the paradise pod the week before the summer holidays kicked off for most people, which made it exceptionally priced! The only issues we experienced were completely out of their control - the complete insufferable heatwave of 40°. The last two days we spent in the pod were amazing, lovely and cool and made it possible to fully relax. However, the beginning two days, the heat made it insufferable, the extreme heat made it difficult to sit in the pod as it felt like a sauna, and it was difficult to sit out due to the humidity and copious flies. We chose to use the pod as a base and spent a day in Bridlington (much cooler weather) and in York centre. Paradise pods would have been the best holiday we had ever had if it wasn’t for the heatwave which made our young daughter very ill. Be prepared to live out of a suitcase as the pods are very compact - however, if you are bit bothered about space then they are ideal. We will be booking up for next year, and hopefully missing any heatwave!

Lovely little lodge in the country side nothing on site have to travel out in car, clean on arrival staff welcoming and explained everything only disadvantage was that we could not lock the doors as they were broken.

Lovely 4 day stay with the kids. Great location and super peaceful, well run park with helpful staff. Would definitely recommend.

If you want a proper break from the chaos this is perfect. Absolutely perfect for couples to just chill out and unwind. My husband and I felt so relaxed and chilled. It’s all lovely and clean and we organised. Just slide your cases under the bed and relax . The ducks were absolutely adorable. We loved it
