Loved it i stayed in one of the lodges for 3 night my wife and me loved the food in the pub the pool was just as nice kids loved i don't have a bad thing to say.

Our holidays at Devon Hills are always very enjoyable. The lodges are comfortable, and the views are brilliant. There is a good dog walking field, and it is very close places such as Totnes and the coast

The Lodge we stayed in was tiered and needed maintenance. The trims were falling off cupboards. The wall paper was damaged. When you.lay down in bed all could look at on the celin was the splattered spider. The double bed. The mattress was awful. Must have been on there for years. No spring at all. Hot tub jets needed looking at the bedroom door never shut. Wrapped. The bulb exploded in bed room. Stains on the carpet when you entered the cabin. And the main issue was the steps up to the lodge. Very slippy. To where my wife fell over on them. To be fair hoseasons did come out the following morning and put slip strips on decking.. site could benefit with a

As this was a private lodge the owner had added a few extras like tables and lamps and candles etc.

Dirty glasses, I found a tablet (pill) on the floor which would have been hoovered up if the lodge was hoovered because of the place it was in. My son also found a screw in the kitchen drawer. That’s all that let it down

Fantastic Lodge, with views over spectator scenery.The lodge was well maintained , spacious , in a lovely position, well presented and spotlessly clean, surrounded with a decking platform and surrounding balustrade to keep dogs a children safe.Your own private car parking along side the lodge.A home from home, excellent.

The lodge was beautiful and fairly new. The decor was lovely. It had everything you'd need and more in the lodge. Nice decking area with paio furniture to sit out. The only problem we had was the TV, which was a smart tv but the Internet to the lodge wasn't working so couldn't access the TV properly.

Very dirty and grubby. Stains on sofa which I washed as didn’t want my children sitting on them!Stains all over the carpet’s throughout the accommodation.Washing machine was filthy inside, I had to put a cleaning solution on a hot wash before I could use it.Bin was filthy with dried on, crusty food debris and tea bag stains on. Wine cooler was grubby as were all the cupboard doors that I scrubbed.Walls had lots of stains on as well.Cobwebs in every room and skirting boards were thick in dust.Toilet seats in both bathrooms were loose and would slide to the side whenever anyone sat on them.Stains were on the mattress protector in main bedroom.After 3 days the water in the hot tub developed a grimy residue all around the top.There was dried on bird poo all over the patio furniture when we arrived which from how long it took me to scrub off had been there for a while! 3 of the windows were covered in bird poo and needed cleaning and there were holes and cracks in the wooden decking that my 3 year old son walked on and got splinters on the soles of his feet.Despite the lodge clearly being for a family there was no way to secure the gate and I had to keep the doors closed all the time to stop my 2 year old running off.

The lodge was lovely and updated but the staff and customer service was terrible

The double bed mattress was worn and thin, along with the pillows. However, that was the only downside. The WiFi door locking system was complicated and unreliable, an unnecessary delay to getting in and out of the lodge. Everything else was clean, tidy and comfortable.

Location and view excellent, overlooking the hills. The lodge needs the plant pots on the decking tidying up, as just dead plants and weeds, the decking had spindles missing on the sides, so the dog kept putting his head through, the drop was very steep, especially if a young child. The kitchen cooker hob, needs a thorough clean to get the grease off. Suggest operating instructions for the TV and oven, as had to get maintenance to show how they worked.

Wasn’t cleaned properly. Sand in the bedroom, old chocolate wrappers behind the tv.

Lovely location, site was very quiet & well kept. Lots of places to visit, Torquay, Dartmouth & Brixham. Supermarkets only a few minutes drive away

Every thing that you could want. Very clean and comfortable lodge. Lovely views. And hot tub amazing.

Will definitely return. Lovely Park, spacious, location is very central to Paignton and Goodrington and Zoo.

The park, accommodation, pub leisure centre were wonderful. Certainly the lodge had a wow factor.

Had a lovely week at Devon Hills, very peaceful site and lovely views. The comfort lodge we stayed it was very spacious, and there was plenty of space for 4 adults. The only thing would be if 6 people were staying in the lodge, there was only patio furniture for 4. We picked a good week weather wise to. Would definitely recommend.
