Loved it i stayed in one of the lodges for 3 night my wife and me loved the food in the pub the pool was just as nice kids loved i don't have a bad thing to say.

Awful. Myself and my partner stayed in number 12 moonshadow rise. The toilet seat in the bedroom was cracked the light was handing down. The blind in the living room was broke. We told reception about the toilet seat and blind and the man said he would pass it onto maintenance. Which he didn’t. I asked the maintenance man when he came for the hot tub and he said no one communicated with him but he will come back. Which he did. However did not fix the blind. Left us without one and left us without a toilet seat. The carpet was old and stained and was torn under the dinning room table. The cupboard in the hallway had used latex gloves shoved on the floor and out last night which was 16th march, we could hear scratching, it appeared to be a rat. The furniture on the decking was rusty. This overall ruined the whole experience. However the gym and the swimming pool was great.

Comfortable and well designed. Would be good to know beforehand if it had a washing machine.

Stunning lodge, super comfy and very clean. Great location and very spacious.

As previously advised needed a quick hoover, could do with a mop and bucket and new main area carpet/bit of updating ????????

Had a great family holiday and would recommend. Very good location and great staff. The cleaning of lodge could have been a lot better. The hover really smelled when used and kitchen needed cleaning on arrival .didn’t like key system tbh a normal key would have been better I’m not sure why they thought the extra fuss would be necessary. But overall a great holiday

Lodge was lovely clean warm and had all we needed for the week

Bath panelling was dirty, hoover was out of date, had to move the shed because was blocking the gate, no spare bedding in case of accidents….. not ideal when there’s young kids. Otherwise the lodge being right on the dog field was fantastic for us with our Labrador, plenty of room in the lodge for his crate, loved the dishwasher and washer dryer. Lots of space for little one to have a play

The shower needs attention

The lodge was lovely and clean. It had everything you could need. The hot tub was an added bonus.

We stayed about 3 years ago and it was absolutely brilliant! So this time we decided to come along with some people. We booked a dog friendly caravan. We expected some marks on the carpet. But they were on the sofa and the sofa was in poor condition. It had tares in the fabric. It was also just overall dirty. It was dusty. One of our towels were dirty. We also had a couple of issues. I called up reception about all of the lights flickering in the living room and about how dirty it was. One of our freezer draws was also frozen shut. The cleaners came straight away. They gave us throws for the sofas and also give us a new towel but didn't do any cleaning. One of us staying had epilepsy and they said they would send maintenance but no one had turned up. We stayed in waiting and no one turned up. We had to chase this up the next day. They turned up and basically said they couldn't do anything with the freezer. They also said that they might not be able to fix all of the lights. We explained this would impact on the person's health. Luckily he said we could go out and when we came back. All the lights were fixed. The outside area- none of the outside lights were working, this was difficult with the hot tub.Pillows were thin and not very comfortable.

Double bed to small had king size last time we came

We were a party of 3 with a dog & had a lovely time.

Our holidays at Devon Hills are always very enjoyable. The lodges are comfortable, and the views are brilliant. There is a good dog walking field, and it is very close places such as Totnes and the coast

The Lodge we stayed in was tiered and needed maintenance. The trims were falling off cupboards. The wall paper was damaged. When you.lay down in bed all could look at on the celin was the splattered spider. The double bed. The mattress was awful. Must have been on there for years. No spring at all. Hot tub jets needed looking at the bedroom door never shut. Wrapped. The bulb exploded in bed room. Stains on the carpet when you entered the cabin. And the main issue was the steps up to the lodge. Very slippy. To where my wife fell over on them. To be fair hoseasons did come out the following morning and put slip strips on decking.. site could benefit with a

As this was a private lodge the owner had added a few extras like tables and lamps and candles etc.

Dirty glasses, I found a tablet (pill) on the floor which would have been hoovered up if the lodge was hoovered because of the place it was in. My son also found a screw in the kitchen drawer. That’s all that let it down

The park, accommodation, pub leisure centre were wonderful. Certainly the lodge had a wow factor.

Had a lovely week at Devon Hills, very peaceful site and lovely views. The comfort lodge we stayed it was very spacious, and there was plenty of space for 4 adults. The only thing would be if 6 people were staying in the lodge, there was only patio furniture for 4. We picked a good week weather wise to. Would definitely recommend.
